When I proactively called to see what our next payment was going to be i was told $180. I can understand incremental changes for inflation etc but an over a 100% increase is egregious. Nice lil storage space tucked away in heart of Tempe. I've used them for over a year now I can't thank this place enough tbh. I have been a few days late on payment sometimes because I just forget it's not on autopay because I still haven't set it up lol, and they call me politely to remind me! Would not recommend this storage unit. They gave us a great deal to start, then immediately increased our rent after just one month. Our rent went up multiple times in a year and we felt stuck and taken advantage of. When moving out, our stuff was covered in dust. I mean covered. These storage units claim to be weather safe, but we had many things damaged from heat and weather/dust. Additionally, we have found multiple scorpions in our new house after moving our boxes that were in our storage unit. We can't say for sure that they came from there, but it seems very coincidental. Search for a different unit that will lock in your rate and take care of your belongings. read more

Great service, clean, professional, plenty of space to maneuver around if you have a travel trailer to park or moving in with a semi. I've been to other locations and you cannot have anything bigger than a car going through the property cause most of the other storage companies try and utilize every square inch even if it effects the customers. That's not the case here, plus it's in a spot where it's hardly noticed and no theft. read more

Service is good. Staff is really friendly. BUT be aware, price WILL INCREASE within a few days before your next billing, in my case it was DOUBLED after 3 months. It's a really unethical company. I moved out the first chance. It's really safe place to store your items though, just don't store items that may melt since they don't have AC, neither any lights. While the staff here is fantastic and have always treated me really well, I must say two things that leave me feeling screwed here. One, no lights inside the units so you cannot access them after dark. And if you have a large unit like I do, you need floodlights to work in the unit in the dark. Two - the corporate office who makes pricing decisions is way the hell over the top. I just got a notice in the mail of a 20% increase OVERNIGHT. From one month to the next, my price is going up over 30 dollars per month. I don't know how the laws allow this kind of extreme price gouging. I have stayed here because of the staff, but EVERY SINGLE COMPETITOR within 20 square miles is cheaper than this location for every size unit. This location is great, the people are nice, but at some point IT GETS RIDICULOUS to completely screw people over from one month to the next, ESPECIALLY CLIENTS WHO HAVE BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR A DECADE. I'm tired of this kind of business behavior and will be taking my storage needs elsewhere. I feel really bad because Patty and the crew here are great, but they work for a totally unethical company. You cannot charge the kind of prices you do and have ZERO ELECTRICAL ABILITY IN THE UNIT SO YOU CANNOT SEE INSIDE IT IN THE DARK. Maybe someone at corporate will read my review and do a little number crunching and realize what bad publicity this is - not only my review, but a number of others who have similar complaints. I have been with this storage unit almost 10 years and in all those years I have had nothing but great service no break ins no theft and no problems.
