Probably even more critical if you work for a storage facility. Moving trucks are not easy to maneuver and especially around busy intersections. I didn't set up the rental and had never been there. I was helping a friend from out of state get his mom moved. Nobody I was with knew which side of the street the facility was on. I called the location to verify the cross streets and then asked apparently the most frightening question of all... which corner are you located .... Dead silence but she retrieved a map .... After a couple of minutes looking she said Northeast corner..... nope!!! Close though !!! Anyway hopefully the managers will read this and make sure those who answer the phones know exactly where the facility is located. The young lady was very nice.

If you're a college student they have a really great discount so make sure to let them know! The storage unit itself was clean and normal. There wasn't an elevator to get to the 2nd floor, but the flight of stairs weren't long, and if you have another person helping you carry the stuff up, then it shouldn't be a problem at all. I was very last minute but they were super understanding and helpful. They even let me finish moving my stuff in an hour after they closed! :) I really appreciated that because it was such a stressful time and I had a flight early in the morning the next day. It was a $20 cash only fee to stay an hour late, but I didn't mind because the price for the unit was such a great deal!! Especially with the student discount. I went to another storage place earlier that day (that's why I was last minute) but that other place gave me so many hidden fees!!! Allstate had one price for me and no extra fees which was super great. Just remember that you have to bring your own lock for the unit! A simple gym locker one would do fine. This is my first time using them so I'll update my review when I come back in August.

My experience started with a phone call, shout-out to Colton (or Caleb? either way, Customer Service MVP), who explained everything like I was booking a penthouse instead of a storage unit. When I showed up a few days early, there was a tiny hiccup (we'll blame Mercury), but by the end, I was a part of the Tempe Choice family. Access hours are great (6 a.m.-10 p.m.), it's secure, clean, and easy to pull up, unload, and move on with your day. So yeah...
