The absolute worst experience I've had with a company in several years or more. The property office, including manager, Ally, had never once been reachable in the handful of times I attempted to reach out via phone or physically on site (the office is always locked and no employee is on site when every location each has an office with business hours-I guess this location the office is NEVER there..??) if I call customer service it becomes even more intolerable with incapable reps who always respond by returning me to contact the property manager...SOME JOKE. If you're a normal individual/business professional DONT DO BUSINESS HERE. Disgusting drug induced people who store here park directly in front of your unit and after attempt at common etiquette to politely ask the owners of the vehicles to move, I, for the first time in my adult life, was completely cussed out and attacked (owner blocked my car so I couldn't leave) all because I asked her to please move up five feet so I can get into my unit and when I simply pull my car to be only in front of my unit, this crazy person belligerently claimed she wanted my space/unit and she will continue to park in front of it because she 'feels like it'...?? Just know another encounter with a separate person who appeared homeless/un-groomed was also a piece of work...I was there 1 week, then politely declined to continue my business there. :) You've been warned. I needed to find someplace to store my stuff quickly and easily. Public Storage is the place! Upon my arrival Elizabeth was friendly and helpful to my needs. She showed me the unit that was available and asked if it would be satisfactory to my needs. A convenient location to my work and easy access when I need to get in. I had rented my unit, signed my contract and was moving things in within 20 minutes. Elizabeth was even kind enough to listen to my problems that led me to needing a storage unit that day. A follow up call a few weeks later from Lincoln was a surprise as he asked if I was happy with my storage facility and if I had any questions or needs. That's customer service in my opinion! I have plans on renting a second unit in the near future and have confidence that it will go as smoothly as the first time. read more

I was totally welcomed with open arms compassion understanding and even got a hug from the awesome Sandy! She escorted me all the way to my unit amd did a whole Vanna White for me showing me my unit! She is the best. She has always been really kind to me and I don't believe she has a mean bone in her body! Shes helpful and smiles thru my dilemma which is uplifting. She knew where everything was and where it belonged. She gave me tips to help my move in to make my transition smoother. She informed me of the rules and regulations and was very thorough. She then had me take her cell number just in case I ever ever needed her help. Which is greatly appreciated and generous of her to offer her support and assistance if I need it. Elizabeth, Lincoln, Mayte; Christine have gone beyond providing great customer service. They have great knowledge about the units they have and suggest what may be more accommodating for the customer. I was out of town on business when the store got flooded they called me to see if I could come down and look for flood damages. I returned the call and had a friend come down to look over the unit on my behalf and took pictures. Upon my arrival back into town I looked for myself and found the water damaged pieces. you guy's ROCK.KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. Used this facility one year to safely store my RV. Customer service is excellent. Security is excellent. They do daily walk-throughs comparing every space with office in/out records. Requested I let them know when I take RV out so they know my empty space is legitimate. Entire facility is clean. They pick up lot trash daily. Somewhat lower prices than other facilities I looked at. If I need storage again, this is the place I'll come to. read more

They are definitely loyal to their job and customers and showed me that by waiting around & taken out their personal time to make sure i was tooken care of. They deserve a raise. Recently relocated and found the 10*10 to be too spacious and had no problem prorating the used unit, and obtaining a new unit to suit my needs. Sandy and the staff are extremely helpful, suggested useful tips and have answered all my questions regarding the local area. The property is well kept and I have not seen any rat droppings nor traps. read more

My Family and I rented their storage units starting in February. Management was super helpful throughout the entire process. Its not everyday where you can find good storage units for a decent price in AZ but nonetheless we really appreciate the people at Public especially when we had to move units! read more
