My son lost his glasses in the move and she went out of her way to help us look for them. I very much appreciate all that they have helped us with. They gave me a unit clear in the back right next to a wash. Then a month or so ago they called and told me my unit had been broken into. I stopped by after work that day to assess what was missing. They told me that I had to file a police report and claim with their second party insurance company so I promptly did so. I had to leave my Unit key at the front desk so they could let the vendor replace the door, which took about two months. I inquired about moving to a different unit that was closer to the front so they put me on the wait list. A couple weeks later they called and said they had one available, but it was $25/month more. I declined as I wasn't leaving and returning, just moving units. I don't see how they can justify the up charge for the same size unit. The insurance company sent me a notice they were still pending coverage verification. I asked the storage manager what they needed, they were absolutely no help and referred me back to the insurance company. Circle of service I guess. Fast forward to today. I get an email stating they were going to raise my monthly fees! No thanks. I'll be moving out before the increase takes effect. Oh, as my son and I were leaving, we noticed two more units that had been broken into. Their security is nil! These people have absolutely NO empathy.
