I paid $187 for an open air parking space for my daughter's car to be stored for a few days - as she was moving cross-country and her car was being picked up by a transporter. I paid $60+ extra to have 24/7 access. I reserved a space for a month. The car was there 2 days. That's fine, but good lord, I have been jumping through hoops trying to cancel. They are mud tubes specifically from termites. Anyone looking at those pictures can blow them up and see that they are external to the wall (on top of the cinderblock ) and not a crack in the cinderblock. Besides, I actually crushed one of the mud tube lines and they were mud tubes. On top of that the two pieces of antique furniture that I had right up against that area is the only thing that got termites. They didn't come in with the furniture. The furniture was destroyed because of the termites that are in the facility. They came up through the openings in one of the other pictures at the base of the wall. And spread out from there. I started this project in yelp for storage of a RV. Got a message from the manager stating no availability at this time and then a second message showing a quote of $60 per month. Upon further discussion with the manager that was just a number to get the message posted to me "states Yelp requires this" however I received messages from other businesses without a price quote. When I contacted Everest Self Storage was told they have a space opening up the end of the month for double that amount. I will not be doing business with them. Dishonesty from the get go!!!

If you rent here, be prepared to move out in 4 months or pay extremely high rates. Every 4 months…read morethey will double your rates and they will not work with you. Instead you have to move your items somewhere else (or book another unit with their current sales) Facilities are nice. The associates on site have little to no power when it comes to rates. Mostly there to assign units and schedule move out dates. (Other than keeping facilities clean).

They are an 'F' rating on BBB, no response from corporate on any complaints. The office is unattended most the time, hence kids riding ATVs around up and down the aisles and in between RV spaces. Take pictures of your stuff after parking!!! As you can see in the pictures, it's empty for a reason. They have failed to respond to my complaint after sending it to upper management. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!
