They are mud tubes specifically from termites. Anyone looking at those pictures can blow them up and see that they are external to the wall (on top of the cinderblock ) and not a crack in the cinderblock. On top of that the two pieces of antique furniture that I had right up against that area is the only thing that got termites. They didn't come in with the furniture. The furniture was destroyed because of the termites that are in the facility. They came up through the openings in one of the other pictures at the base of the wall. And spread out from there. I ended up taking my furniture right to the dump because I didn't want to bring a termite infestation with me
