Needed a storage option for our travel trailer. Everything near our home was booked solid. Called River Crossing and spoke with Harry over the phone. Very pleasant and informative. We discussed our travel trailers length and we were happy to discover vacancy. Drove over to RCRV and dropped our trailer off for storage. Nice facility and well trafficked. Our only feedback was the large puddle of standing water and mud that made it a bet messy to install our tire covers. No biggie. Harry's friendly attitude more than made up for a little mud on our knees. We will be back. read more

Harry and Lonnie provided the best customer service from start to finish. We needed a storage unit and place to store a car, January-May. Their prices were reasonable and the storage space was clean and had easy access. We loved their sense of humor along with their willingness to help whenever we needed something. We were in an emergency situation, and needed to move a filled 20 foot storage container and trailer on a weekend with less than 48 hour notice. We're so grateful to Harry and Carol at River Crossing Storage, for going out of their way to accommodate us during our very disorganized move from Colorado to Arizona. There are many storage facilities closer in proximity to our location, but after calling River Crossing Storage, they were a clear and easy choice. River Crossing was well worth the slightly longer drive for us. They were so patient with us and our many questions, concerns and requests. Their rates are very competitive, and the facility has a secure perimeter which is a huge concern to us. We used both, outdoor storage parking spaces and enclosed storage. We had absolutely no problem accessing our very large vehicles, unlike some facilities which have much smaller and cramped spaces. The enclosed storage is extremely clean which is most important to me. When walking into the office at River Crossing Storage, you'll be greeted every time by either the friendly face of Carol, or the equally friendly, Harry. As an added bonus, you might get a fun story or two. We MOST definitely recommend the River Crossing Storage in Avondale as Harry and Carol are the best! read more
