A group that I am a part of has a space here. I met a key holder here to pick up supplies for some upcoming activities. While I am unable to speak to the competitiveness of prices, or customer service, what I can speak to is cleanliness. The facility itself seemed well taken care of. No trash laying about. Doors were not dented. Our door went up easily. The facility was quite. RV, boat and car parking is available. They also sell moving boxes and packing supplies. Free truck rental is available with the initial move in of a space. read more

Needed help getting lock removed because we had the wrong key. Mr May came to the rescue and removed the lock and was able to supply a new one that was available right in the office. Talk about convenience!! Always kind and helpful staff -- including the call center!! Thanks so much!! Lindy B read more

I have been using this storage place since 2020 and absolutely love it, I really recommend here. Overall a great place. The manager is really nice, very respectful every time I've had questions. read more

I would not recommend this facility for your storage needs. Requires a home owners policy or renters insurance to rent. If you do not have one it will cost you an extra $12 a month on top of your rent. Also had to pay for a whole month after 7 days of use this month, they didn't seem to care, told me its policy. They charged me $57 which includes the $12 fee because i didnt send in my insurance soon enough. Normally pay $45 monthly. They didnt seem to care, its also hard to get in the facility due to its location, narrow space between the buildings, couldnt get my Dodge Ram 1500 in to load up read more

If I could 1000 stars I would! Ed, the gentleman at the front, was very generous and polite. I'd %100 recommend this place to many people who need a storage unit. He was very lenient and gracious when it came to my late notice. Great place great great!!! Super affordable too!!! read more

Got storage, These guys are so awesome to work with. I have been so pleased about their customer service and also just being availability to help us in any way possible. Our church(victory world outreach)has had to move several times and GOT STORAGE has been there for us. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! read more

Customer support is great (something rare these days). Helpful in setting things up, providing the truck for move-in, and all the little adjustments that happen. They nicely remind you via email that they will be closed for the scheduled holidays, with enough notice that if you were thinking of going by you don't get surprised it is closed for the holiday. Security is pretty good (many cameras) which is nice after we got broken into with another storage unit and found their cameras didn't show the actual storage doors (just who came in and left the building) so were useless to the police. No climate controlled storage, but for what we are storing it works great. read more

Horrible service! They are the Gestapo of storage units..ran by Hitler. .they told us everything we wanted to hear to get our service & then chewed us out for throwing away a lil piece of trash in a huge dumpster they said we could use...dont believe anything they say..horrible customer service they dont even deserve one star. read more

I have been a tenant here for over 3 years and must say that it has been a pleasure to deal with them! They have been very helpful and accommodated all needs. The facility is well lit, cameras everywhere, clean and feels very safe. Managers live on site so they always keep an eye out on the property, large variety of units available and pricing didn't change. The only reason I had to end my rent with them is because I moved out of state. Would strongly recommend. read more

Moving from one state to another can be stressful. The manager Carla worked with me over the phone to help organize and confirm my paperwork for an easy transaction upon arrival. In addition, Carla offered to stay open later for me as she was aware I was traveling nonstop. Being a government employee and on the move, you won't be disappointed with this location. The facility is well maintained and clean. I have been at the location 3 months now, going to my unit once a week and the employees are always friendly. In December, I was having problems getting my unit door to open and close with ease. The issue was addressed with the front desk and resolved the same day. Low cost, great service, 24 hour monitoring, and safe location! read more

Fantastic customer service and facility! Had a unit for nearly 5 years with ZERO issues. Unit was secure, dry and our furniture was in perfect condition when picked up. Ed, the manager, is very helpful and attentive. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends or family. Rates were reasonable as well. 5 out of 5! read more

The experience with this storage company was great at first, but progressively got worse (mainly for one reason). When I first rented my unit and moved in, I got the first month pro-rated and was told that the month I move out would be pro-rated as well. However, I moved everything out the first week of a month expecting to get the rest of the month back, like they said when I first rented. The lady at the counter said she could not do it because I already paid for the whole month, which is ridiculous because that is the ONLY way to pay for the unit online because I was out of state. There was no way to pay for only one week or a couple days, otherwise I would have clearly done that. I would not be upset about this if I was not told my last month would be pro-rated once I moved out, however I was... I will never use this self storage unit again and recommend it to nobody. There are storage units in the same area with similar prices that have much better service and keep their promises. Don't believe what they tell you, it sounds great to get you in but they did not keep their word to me. read more
