Our only feedback was the large puddle of standing water and mud that made it a bet messy to install our tire covers. No biggie. It does not seem fair to bait at a lower price, and then 3 months later increase rent for no good reason, while still honoring the $154 a month to new members. I called and spoke with a representative who informed me that the $154 a month is an introductory price and that my rent will be raised frequently. When I ask why, they just keep saying that the contract states they can raise the rent whenever they want. Well I will not stand to do business with a sleezy company. I will be taking my business elsewhere, to a company that's more honest and upfront with their pricing.

When I asked Ashley about the carts she indicated that people put them in their storage units sometimes. It turns out there were only 3 actual working carts for the entire premises and she was waiting for approval for more carts. She offered no solution to how I would be able to move in all of my stuff and I was on a time crunch to do so as well. I called around to find an alternate storage facility that same day and moved back out what I had put into the unit the next morning. There was no offer to reimburse the first month that I had paid despite the manager having misled me about the cart situation. Since I am out $135, I felt it important to warn other people if they have a lot of stuff to put into storage.

It's not only hot, but humid...so it often feels hotter in there than outside, especially on the 2nd floor, where rent is cheaper. I've had to call the office more than once...but to their credit, they got them on quickly. The woman in the office (the manager I assume...she's always been there when I go in the office) may initially come off to some as irritated, but I learned that she's just one of those people who only smiles when "earned"...Lol. Then comes to the gate out front that is broken half the time it's been left wide open for many many weeks at a time. Take your business elsewhere. I was paying $785 a month for three units. It seems you get a different answer, depending on who you talk to at their facility in Goodyear.
