We're impressed! Yesterday, we had a several boxes of documents for shredding and called Cutters around 2:30pm to see if we could connect with their remote shredding truck that was in the East Valley. We spoke to the owner Reggie who said their truck was in the Gilbert area and promised to contact the operator Lamar to get his exact location. Less than a minute later we got a copy of the text message he sent Lamar. Lamar responded immediately that he'd already moved on to his next location and would only be there for a few more minutes. We couldn't get there in time before he had to move on to his next scheduled stop, so Lamar gave us that location in Mesa and we were able to meet with him there. I'm also a business owner and know how hard is is to find good employees these days, especially ones that are personable, professional, hard workers and that have the personal initiative to solve problems and make customers happy. Our last minute call didn't go quite as well as planned, but thanks to Lamar's dedication, quick thinking and client focused attitude he came up with a solution that got the job done. Fellowship Square Phoenix has been using Cutters for our annual shredding event for the past 4-5 years. They are always easy to coordinate with and Reggie, the owner, is always very friendly and responsive. The young man that was here last Friday was Lamar T. He called ahead of time and let us know that was on his way. He arrived 15mins early with a smile on his face, ready to help! In the past, we've used Cutters and they've always been great, but the customer service Lamar provided far exceeded anything we were expecting! He assisted our residents with heavy boxes and he was very sweet to them. A couple of them passed on compliments for him, "That man is very nice, you should keep him around!" I received a quick response and my questions answered with and suggested next steps. I then called first thing during business hours and Reggie was professional, let me know how to meet the truck, along with estimated costs and payment process. Their truck was scheduled in Scottsdale today and Reggie made sure I was in contact with the driver. The driver coordinated a meet up only five minutes away. I got to see my documents on a monitor as they were shredded and felt confident my personal and business documentation was properly destroyed. I highly recommend Cutters for your document shredding. We are moving and I found boxes of old tax files, work files and old misc. paperwork that needed to be shredded. Reggie was so personable and I really enjoyed chatting with him while dropping off my "boxes" I received a fair quote over the phone and was actually charged a little less. I used Cutters Document last week. I've had 2 boxes of financial documents for about a year waiting for the periodic public document destruction pop ups to arrive. I'm guessing because of Covid, they didn't show up. We are having house guests arriving in a few weeks and I thought I couldn't destroy that many documents using my personal document shredder. I called Reggie on a Saturday morning to see if I could have quite a lot of documents shred that day. He happened to be out of town, but said I could come by on Sunday and drop the documents off or I could wait until Monday morning if I wanted to watch it actually being shred. I called Cutter's to help shred an entire storage unit of documents - but there was a catch. I was in New Hampshire and the unit was in Mesa, AZ. This wasn't a problem for Cutters, though.
