Assured showed up on schedule, took care of the records of an entire homeowner association we dissolved (20+ years worth of paper) in a matter of minutes. The driver was courteous and detailed. When I saw Arizona Center for the Blind Shredding services, I called immediately. I love when I can lay for a service and it benefits people too. First, their prices are VERY reasonable! $15 for up to 100 lbs (at the time we did it). The process is REALLY easy. They unload everything into big tubs, dump it into the shredder hopper and you are done! The only ding on my evaluation was what happens when you are done. Arrows and signage are great going in. But when you are done, it hits you that you have to back out. You HOPE no one has pulled in behind you. Might be good to have a red/green light and also a sign that suggests you back in to unload.

I looked into purchasing a heavy duty shredder but it was quite apparent early that I would need to spend upwards of $500 to get one that really could chew through gobs of paper at a time. I also didn't want a huge loud dusty machine taking up room in my home office. I emailed ACFTB doc destruction and they immediately returned my call and walked through all of the options. They were professional and started the discussion with their accreditation which was spot on and we quickly determined the best approach. The truck arrived on time and they followed up via phone prior. The gentlemen working the secured bins collected my various boxes and bags and loaded up a huge curb sized garbage bin up to the top. They charge by pound and I had to be well over 100lbs of paper. I just got my receipt and it was $45!!!! What an exceptional deal considering they came to me and loaded the bins. I also like that the service goes toward a good cause. Thanks so much for the awesome service and you will be receiving all of my business in the future.
