The service, quality of work and the value for the service was great. This may be my 3rd review given and all I can say is from assisting me in AZ to Illinois they have helped me tremendously for bulk pickup and personal office size box drop off. I'm just now learning they've moved and Google shows they're at VRC 624 S Perry Ln Unit 102 Tempe, AZ 85281 So now it's time to find out more about this especially needing personal shredding read more

Shout out and a very special "Thank YOU" to Steve and the shred driver! I am always trying to catch a "Shred day" event in Phoenix surrounding areas in which, there was one being held that I absolutely had to make a visit to. After rushing from picking up breakfast to make it to this event, I ended up being 5 min late but, I ran into the Shred truck driver who was just literally pulling off. The driver was nice enough to stop and accept my bulk. Steve happened to hear me asking the driver if I were too late (in which, the driver seen my tinny bags to Shred, on my back seat, and the driver was nice enough to tell me that he'd pull over to accept them since, I didn't have much). Steve came out to assist with getting my 1 1/2 bag of items shredded for me. I explained to Steve that I was thankful as I had been trying to catch these shredathons and that (although, I'm straight...respectfully) I rushed over after picking up my breakfast in support of Pride Month from an awesome restaurant (I didn't even mention yelp) but, Steve "IMMEDIATELY" asked me, if I by chance, happened to be an "ELITE" (which, surprised me that he'd ask and that he knew about us ELITE yelpers). I was flabbergasted! As we were pouring my recycling into the bin, Steve and I were chatting it up and he then, proceeded to tell me that they LOVED ELITE YELPERS!!! I was absolutely amazed by this acceptance of us, in which, he spoke highly. I recommend that, you guys start shredding your old documents instead of tossing into garbage cans, for safety reasons! ‍ They have locations all around Phoenix surrounding areas and they often have shredding drop off events that are free of charge. I just happened to GOOGLE and found this event. Again, shoutout to STEVE AND THE DRIVER who were extremely awesome humans.I offered to tip but they refused/declined. It never hurts to offer a tip guys. ‍ This location was in a office strip complex which GPS took me directly there, but it threw me off as I was expecting an industrial setting. Thankfully, I seen the truck. Thanks again! ‍ read more

I was very impressed. Appointment was made easily by phone. More importantly, the service was outstanding. The representative was friendly, polite and professional. He even called and arrived early, which is great because I hate it when, usually in Phoenix, your 12-4 PM appointment shows up at 3:55 PM. The shredding job was completed easily and quickly. I would readily use them again! read more

I'll start this off with this is a great service, and these folks do it right, If you're anything like me, you need to see it to believe it. This goes for shredding services, as much as, anything else. I can't just drop my documents into a bin, then hope and trust that someone will do the right thing? These people came right to me, took about seven minutes, and I got to watch the whole thing. Called with the proper "we're on the way." I think I have spoken with the whole family, and that made me feel especially at ease., I knew that I had found the right place. Their shredding tech was clean, courteous, and professional. The whole process couldn't have been easier. No regrets at all, money very well spent. read more

I dropped off some old files today for shredding. These are the nicest folks, doing the right thing at a time when the food banks are running low on donations, and St. Mary's Food Bank is such a great cause!. This is the last chance for charitable shredding, that I'm aware of until Fall. It isn't completely clear in the post, but they will take your shredding Monday through Friday during business hours for the entire month of June. If you have some shredding, seriously consider taking it here, now or in the future! Great prices, great people, providing secure document shredding at your convenience! I highly recommend Proshred Arizona! read more
