I've called and notified them 4 times. They've come the last 3 times on a Monday. We are not in on Monday or Fridays. That info is supposed to be noted on my account. They've also charged me for days they've showed up but we were closed. At each incident I've called to let them know we are not in on the days you are scheduling us. We had service every 12 weeks. Yesterday I canceled our regular 12 week pick up thinking maybe if I just schedule it myself when we need it I can control what day gets scheduled. Yesterday I called in and requested credit and requested not to have service every 12 weeks that I would just schedule it myself. The rep helped with the credit and said someone would contact me shortly to schedule our next shredding. A few hours later I got an email stating I had an order scheduled for this FRIDAY. OMG.
