I discovered a dead one in the container and as you can imagine the smell was atrocious. It took a long while before I could eliminate that odor. There were rat droppings and shredded material throughout the locker. The staff seemed helpful and friendly. Indication is management is aware of the rat problem but it remains unresolved. I went elsewhere.

Months before that .. when my payments were made on the first.. an incident occurred where I had made a payment in the office and later to find out I'm getting a notice of my storage late and gonna be put up for auction!!!! I was devastated, I know many ppl keep lots of non valuable stuff I had a 20x30 with all brand new items! Long story short I was in distress explaining myself that I had went in to give payment.. there arguing no! I had made a cash payment and receipt wasn't given.. my fault for not demanding one..so then Finally realizing there were cameras I asked for cameras to be reviewed! I got a call day later saying that yes the had footage of me making the payment. So after stopping everything I had to do to run back and forth to the office/ w a lock pad on my unit and no access to even go in, I'm just told they would wave the late fee. what fee ? I was never late. ok fine to be honest i was understanding things happen i didnt give them a hard time. so why this review well remember i fell into some hardship, which thank God im now in a beautiful home and working full time and ready to start school praise God!!!!!!! so i asked if i could have 1 extra day which would of been on the 6th of december, to be allowed to remove my stuff, as help was only offered to me that day to empty it out w/o having to having to hire someone(i had no money) i explained everything willing to show records of being in a almost tragic accident just a month before and was unable to lift. didn't matter, too bad, payment needed to be made!! brought up the incidents were i was able to be understanding of there screw ups.. another was late payments issued when no one is in the office and payments thru there online portal arent working and still being charged! save yourself the headache besides the tweakers hanging out after hours inside the facility and minimal survelliance its not worth the anxiety not to mention the rates that go up every couple of months! went from 187 to now 217
