They moved me further west and I foolishly scheduled with a nearby service to empty a room for a flooring install. When they dropped the ball I immediately called Two Men and a Truck and, as usual, they bent over backwards to help get us cared for. I noticed a few negative reviews. I was told by the lead mover that someone from the company would call within two business days. The next day Nate called because they messed up the billing but he would only discuss payment. He told me the same thing I'd heard before: someone will call within two business days. After a week passed, I called corporate and spoke to Jen, who said the same thing. I then called the franchise office and spoke to Candice Sundstrom who said, yes you guessed it, someone will call within two business days. IT HAS BEEN 8 BUSINESS DAYS (plus weekends) since the damage occurred and this is still unresolved. They are non-responsive now that they have been paid in full. My house is on the market and the damage is highly visible. I suspect they will respond to this review and say it is fake, like they have done to other recent reviews. I have photos and a damage report signed by their employee. I have receipts sent to me by Candice. I have a voice message asking for payment information. This is not fake. Steve Bruner owns this franchise and he should be ashamed of how his employees are running his business. So should his co-owner, Chris Willems. And, their operations manager, Andrew Potter, should be equally concerned about their poor customer service. DO NOT HIRE THESE MOVERS. They don't care.

They have one size truck, and it did not fit. When I complained about the extra trip (I was paying hourly) the female manager was very cool and really didn't care about my complaint. She gave me 30 minutes off for my trouble....oh joy...$50, I can now retire. The problem is this. Don't sell me too low and say that this move will take 4-6 hours when it will and did take 9 hours. Also I'm not a master of truck logic. If this is going to be tight to fit in your truck, tell me! The reason this company does not?? They want to get you committed and then the movers take as long as they like to get you from point A to B, all at $105 per hour. Tick tock. Chaching. I…read morewas quoted $415 for a 2 bedroom with one bed, no dressers, the other room was used as an office. I was quoted a minimum of $415 which included 3 hours and a $40 surcharge. First, the owner never sent me a written quote. They were fast; however, one of the movers whose name was Miles, scared me by yelling to the top of his lungs out of frustration because he couldn't get the bed together because he had all of the screws tightened and anyone who puts together anything would know bit to tighten the screws all the way until those screws are in the correct holes and then you screw them in. I went in the room to give him that tip but was scared the entire time he was in my house due to his behavior. Then when they got done, the paperwork showed that I was being charged an extra hour of travel time when my move was less than 15 minutes apart and I was told that they needed to stop at Walmart to get T-shirts. I made the payment in full along with an additional $60 because I just believe in tipping and always have, besides the other guy was excellent. Great customer service and he was friendly the entire time. Any way, I went through the contract after they had left and noticed that there was nothing in the contract that stated that I would owe a 1 hour transportation fee now was I ever told this verbally. So, a day after the move, I sent the owner a message and he proceeded to go back and forth with me. However the most disturbing message was the one below verbatim: "I'm so sorry you're so broke that you can't pay the movers for a move that they did well for you. Send me your address. I'll bring you cash next week. I would love to meet you." This company is way to green and they need to learn some customer service skills before doing business with the public.
