When the two guys showed up, we headed over to our new house to prepare. When they showed up to the new house I asked "Is the old place empty?" And they replied "Yep everything is done". They proceeded to unload into the new house and I signed some documents and paid them. We leave on vacation and get a message from our old landlord that the old place isn't empty. It's actually pretty full. There's furniture and boxes everywhere. It's like the movers got sick of moving and just left. We had to pay an extra months rent because of this. I called the company and her first response was "well you signed a paper saying that your old place was empty". So apparently when your movers are done, they expect you drive back to your old place to make sure the movers aren't lying. They were willing to send the guys out again but I would have to pay another $160 + drive time which would have probably came out to $320. This company doesn't care their customers or keeping their movers accountable.

Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything.
