I ran into issues with my gate code and the female "store manager" with glasses, grey hair comes outside & approached my vehicle and offered no assistance when trying to access my unit besides "are you in access hours", kept denying me access to my unit and said the gate is closed. Even tho this company advertises as being 24/7!!!She was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I put up with a lot of issues I run into from this storage unit from having a unit filled with dust and trash always piled up beside my unit. They raised my rent twice within the last year and have never complained about the issues but today really set me off. Simple customer service went out the window and was instead met with attitude. I called customer service after and made a complaint directly with an agent.

When we complained the manager RICHARD could give two shits about it. Worst experience there. And there's bums roaming through the areas all the time!

Deleted one star from my previous review For the owner or manager trying to gaslight me by saying…read morethat the lines on the pictures that I've provided are cracks in the cement blocks is just BS. They are mud tubes specifically from termites. Anyone looking at those pictures can blow them up and see that they are external to the wall (on top of the cinderblock ) and not a crack in the cinderblock. Besides, I actually crushed one of the mud tube lines and they were mud tubes. On top of that the two pieces of antique furniture that I had right up against that area is the only thing that got termites. They didn't come in with the furniture. The furniture was destroyed because of the termites that are in the facility. They came up through the openings in one of the other pictures at the base of the wall. And spread out from there. I ended up taking my furniture right to the dump because I didn't want to bring a termite infestation with me

From the Manager;…read more No, we don't have anything available right now, but I do have a scheduled move out for 29 May. Unfortunately yelp wants me to put a price that's why it sends a quote of how much monthly it is but if you want to give us a call back May 29, 623-245-0172 or if you wanna give me your phone number, I can give you a call as soon as it's available. I started this project in yelp for storage of a RV. Got a message from the manager stating no availability at this time and then a second message showing a quote of $60 per month. Upon further discussion with the manager that was just a number to get the message posted to me "states Yelp requires this" however I received messages from other businesses without a price quote. When I contacted Everest Self Storage was told they have a space opening up the end of the month for double that amount. I will not be doing business with them. Dishonesty from the get go!!!

When we went to go check on our unit, all of our things were covereddddd in rat feces/urine. It was terrifying. The rats had chewed up a lot of our sentimental items. We requested a home move 7 miles up the road. We contracted with Dirck. WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE. We had…read morea contract, they had a work order which they did not follow. We were supposed to have packing Mon-Tues-Wed and then moving what they packed Thur-Fri. The first day we had 1 1/2 packer. The second day there were three more packers but did not get finished. The third day of packing NO ONE SHOWED UP AT ALL. The forth day NO ONE showed up to finish PACKING. When they did pack, they just threw my folded cloths into a box without a bit of respect for my belonging. Good dresses thrown an left on the floor. I packed my own master bath and most of my master bedroom, dinning room and office cabinets. That was 20 boxes. THEY PACKED THINGS THEY WERE ASKED NOT TO PACK LIKE MY WORK CLOTHS. I HAD NOTHING TO WEAR FOR THREE DAYS. They did not respond to calls to remedy the situation. They ignored every call. They charged way to much for the poor, poor service and poor poor quality they provided Management response was non-existent. Please be very careful if you thinking of using this company. They were a huge disappointment. I wish I had read their reviews before I made the deal with them.

So about 8 months after our move, our Ligne Roset bed collapsed on us. When I removed the mattress,…read moreI was astonished to find that the following: 1. The plywood in the base is split where the dowel is inserted. 2. The dowels holding the base and frame together snapped off. 3. The frame is supposed to be held to the frame at 4 points, 2 dowels and a metal pin at each point. The metal pin is supposed to be held in place by a metal receiver and a hex bolt. All but one metal receiver were missing, and all the hex bolts were gone. Not all the wooden dowels were there, except for those that snapped. 4. A metal spacer is missing for the frame. 5. There are a couple metal receivers / hex bolts that are missing in the frame too. 6. There were multiple chips and scratches on the frame. So, they haphazardly put together the bed back together when they moved us in. The movers did not disclose that the bed is missing hardware and was not put back together correctly. I am very disappointed with Dirck's and the work ethics of their employees. We have a small child and 2 small dogs at home and imagine the bed were to collapse while they were around, I would not be able to forgive myself.
