Made offload (working alone) much more difficult than a level unit (like avail on other rows). Major hassle trying to brace dolley with lifting heavy stuff down to it. Then bending down to lift dolley over 2" high lip at entrance of unit. NOT DISCLOSED. 3. You could offer discounts on that row and plenty people will go for it. I would not as I'm working alone. 4. Their were avail units on level ground. Instead of renting them first then the units with a hill (and floodwater) the mgr told me the automated system picks the units to be rented. 5. After doing their survey they had mgr contact me and offer to ket me move. HOW DOES GOING THRU THE HASSLE OF OFFLOADING ON A HILL NOW INSTEAD OF WHEN I MOVE OUT HELP? INSTEAD I'D HAVE TO RENT A TRAILER, DO AN ADDITIONAL LOAD UP AND OFFLOAD. WHY NOT OFFER ME A FREE MONTH! TRUST ME I'D RATHER PAY AND HAVE BEEN PUT IN A LEVEL UNIT WITHOUT FLOOD WATER IN FRONT. 8.
