I went in today to mail several holiday packages, and was in and out very quickly. Their computer saves all the addresses where you mail packages, so everyone's info was in the computer from last year, making it a very streamlined and quick process. They also offer packing services, which is super convenient. Everyone who works at this location is friendly and welcoming. It's much less stressful than standing in line at the Post Office.

Communication was great. Eric and Miguel showed up right on time (one of those dreadful 110° Phoenix heat advisory days) and worked quickly and carefully. I…read morewas quoted $415 for a 2 bedroom with one bed, no dressers, the other room was used as an office. I was quoted a minimum of $415 which included 3 hours and a $40 surcharge. First, the owner never sent me a written quote. They were fast; however, one of the movers whose name was Miles, scared me by yelling to the top of his lungs out of frustration because he couldn't get the bed together because he had all of the screws tightened and anyone who puts together anything would know bit to tighten the screws all the way until those screws are in the correct holes and then you screw them in. I went in the room to give him that tip but was scared the entire time he was in my house due to his behavior. Then when they got done, the paperwork showed that I was being charged an extra hour of travel time when my move was less than 15 minutes apart and I was told that they needed to stop at Walmart to get T-shirts. I made the payment in full along with an additional $60 because I just believe in tipping and always have, besides the other guy was excellent. Great customer service and he was friendly the entire time. Any way, I went through the contract after they had left and noticed that there was nothing in the contract that stated that I would owe a 1 hour transportation fee now was I ever told this verbally. So, a day after the move, I sent the owner a message and he proceeded to go back and forth with me. However the most disturbing message was the one below verbatim: "I'm so sorry you're so broke that you can't pay the movers for a move that they did well for you. Send me your address. I'll bring you cash next week. I would love to meet you." This company is way to green and they need to learn some customer service skills before doing business with the public. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

They offer custom boxing and crating worldwide, have a huge inventory of boxes and packing supplies, provide tracking for all (even returns), and always with a smile! He said he had no choice as there were even more customers waiting in-store. Based on my experience, they are understaffed and their customer service is underwhelming. I also discovered in hindsight Airpark Pak n Ship is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau and has a C+ rating for failure to respond to customer complaint.

However upon visiting that location (on 43rd Camelback) I was completely dismayed as their staff was beyond rude, unfriendly, unaccountable, and overall unprofessional. It left a very bad impression on me; thus I contacted Customer Service to modify my pickup to another store. Luckily, the CSR I spoke with was able to complete a reservation which fit my moving needs for a 20ft truck on 26th Street & Indian School! Preemptively, I arrived one day prior to my reservation just to check in and make sure everything was all set for my moving day. It was then that a member of staff named "Jimmy" kindly greeted me and assisted with any/all concerns I had for my pickup day!!! Jimmy was friendly, most patient, gave excellent recommendations for movingly supplies and assured everything was set to go smoothly for my rental! I arrived the next day and was helped by two additional gentlemen who sufficiently checked me in for my truck rental. They were so concise and professional when informing me of all safety apparatus entailed with my rental! And to top that the 20Ft truck they supplied for my reservation was immaculate--seriously the cleanest UHaul I've ever rented! I feel so bad though because I (regretfully) didn't get to note either of their names to ensure proper credit could be received for their all of their hard work! Thank you all so much again! Halfway through the move, I began getting texts from the U-Haul location saying that I had to return the truck immediately. I stopped what I was doing and returned it. Upon arrival I was met by two men. The one man asked to just renew the truck. While the other gave me directions about where to move the truck to to drop it off. I did. So, I finally get my receipt showing they never checked it back in, charging me another days rental. Sure enough the employee let a friend use it and the employee figured out that it was going to be found out what he had done. Here are the screenshots from him and the way he tried to get me to meet him to gI've me money to save his butt. The gm, said pretty much the employee and old never do that. I had to laugh. He said that I didn't even return the truck, but he saw his other employees helping me close the read gate and secure it. Long story short I had to pay for this Nico man stealing from uhaul and myself.
