The place is clean and there's always a cart available. There are a few parking spots right outside the main building, which is convenient for loading and unloading. The gate is sometimes left open, but so far, I haven't had any issues!

Then.. have you ever missed a payment on ANY bill in your life? You think the contract follows govt rules? Bet again. This location specifically will violate your rights and flat out lie about it. They will give you the run around, specifically gave me a phone number "to corporate" that was out of service, then made me speak to a poor girl on the phone that had no idea what was happening she was just a front desk girl, the coward manager wouldn't talk anymore because she knew she was in the wrong... missed one payment and THEY AUCTIONED OFF EVERYTHJNG. I got a text message saying "thank you for being a loyal customer". Oh I'd say they should have probably picked someone more ignorant than myself to do this to... but then again I would also guess they do this a lot. Just so happens I am a fantastic record keeper and have a lot of time on my hands as well as resources. Do YOURSELF a solid by going somewhere else, though. Because ethics matter when you store items that matter.. otherwise you wouldn't be storing them, right? You'd just give them up in the first place. This company has an entire side business making money off auctioning off units. If it's part of their annual revenue, and they rely on it... don't do it. They either take your money through rent or they take your money by selling your stuff and they don't give a sh*t. No f@cks given. Don't take the chance. It's like a dental office that gives you a candy bag on your way out.

Pretty outrageous tactic to offer a certain rate as a "deal" then double the costs only months later. They also closed the location down to maintain the asphalt which is fine. However dust and asphalt was blown all over the inside of each of my units causing damage to my items inside.

We have had Power Self storage for over a year while we were buying a new home. When we finally…read morepurchased a home and started moving our belongings from this place, we discovered our unit had been invested with TERMITES. We definitely did not have termites before moving our stuff in there and now we had to throw out loads of furniture, Christmas decorations including my brand new Christmas tree, and priceless paintings my husbands deceased grandmother made. We also had moved boxes to our new home before realizing there were termites in our unit and now have to pay to have our new home treated to make sure we didn't accidentally bring the problem home with us! The facility is taking NO responsibility for this even though this is definitely their PROBLEM! We even paid monthly for the extra renters insurance and it is not something their insurance even covers! When confronting the facility with this problem they basically told us we were out of luck and they don't protect their renters and that's why they suggest the insurance WHICH DOESNT COVER THEIR LACK OF MAINTENACE AND CARE!!! DONT RENT HERE!!!

The hours are a tad limited, daily from 7 am - 7pm, but not a huge issue overall. I was able to easily lock in and secure my rate all online and move in same day. The onsite staff was friendly and resident straight forward process and experience. The overall facility is quite large and they have a wide range of options for storage, including climate control. A large amount of aisles and units, so even if you find a way blocked there are numerous routes and work around points which is nice. The entry point is a little tight and unique setup as it's in shared lot with some other businesses, but the nice yours familiar it's easy enough. Positive experience and definitely recommends as a storage option!
