If I could move my stuff out any faster, I would. I have rented a unit here for about 5 years now and easily twice a year iStorage has raised the price. In comparison I have another unit, larger, at a competing storage facility 1 mile down the street and in the 10+ years that I've been there, I have only had one or two price increases. It was upon this last price increase that I realized I was now paying over $200 a month for a 10x15 ft unit. When I go to iStorage.com to seek out new prices, they have my same unit advertised for $138 a month. It's not an introductory rate it's the standard rate. So I am essentially paying 50% more for being a long-term customer. Makes perfect sense right? So I opted to call in and talk to customer service. Nobody could help me but they told me that they would have the site manager reach out to me. We never connected successfully. Every time I tried to call back I was routed to a voicemail. So I called customer service again, and again they dispatched a call to the site manager. That call happened a couple of days later where we had a conversation about prices, and the woman told me she would contact me back with anything she could do. She never contacted me back. So I guess in the eyes of iStorage, short-term customers are key because they don't really care about keeping the long-term ones. And since I'm on my way out, I can also include in this review, all of the times that I went to my storage unit early in the morning only to find somebody sleeping in their van outside the unit next to mine. One wonderful summer day I arrived to the smell of human urine at the front of my unit. This is not a one-time occurrence and oftentimes you can stroll through early in the morning and see people camped out. If somebody from management would like to reach out from me and complete the conversation that we began, I would be more than happy to reevaluate my review but as it stands now I am diligently working to empty out my unit and cannot wait to be done with my business with iStorage. read more

You get what you pay for, we store our flatbed trailer here. The price at first was great but they will give you a PI within a few months. We ended up moving spots in the facility due to finding a cheaper rate that was covered. Our trailer was broken into (lock cut) and we lost about $75 worth of equipment. Lesson learned and we won't be storing anything in the tool box. They did install a security camera thing (like the ones you see in the parking lot of Lowe's and Walmart). I recently got an email that the gate hours are being restricted, that stinks for us because we sometimes get back late from trips and I liked having it open until 10p. Overall, this place is ok. I feel the price for a parking spot is high because it's not like the pavement is smooth or lines are clearly painted. read more

They lured me in with a low rate, and then proceeded to jack it up every few months until it's gone up about 50% over the course of a little more than a year. They also lock me out regularly, even though the early scheduled electronic payments invariably clear on time. They just lose track of the payment. Then, when you go to the office, they're only there about 50% of their business hours, and no one locally or at the corporate level answers the phone. This isn't where you want to put your stuff if you ever want to be able to get to it. read more

I give this place 0 rating. We had a 25ft flat bed trailer with our quads stored in this storage that the lock got cut and stolen. The storage manager is not providing the surveillance feed. We have post out every where and are learning that the manager has people living in the units on site. We have pictures and videos to back that. Corporate has been called & notified. We have multiple people coming forward letting us know this is a know issue of people's trailers and toys being stolen at this property. Management is seen going into these units with the person living onsite. Very dirty place. read more

Had my storage unit broken into and everything stolen . Their so called USELESS District mgr Yuri promised me a months refund back in Dec. It's mid Feb and NO REFUND NO RETURN. I have been paying for my storage parking spaces for 2 years. Always on time and frequently checked my spots. Back in October of last year my Side by side and dirt bike were stolen and my trailer was heavily damaged. Now fast forward to yesterday I find my other trailer that was enclosed with my old motorcycle in it has been stolen and my other trailers have been damaged more. If you're looking for somewhere that has anyone at all that will respond to a voicemail you're better off going to the next place. 2 police reports later and I still have not had any assistance with what has been stolen. I am now down a motorcycle dirt bike ATV and Chrome trimmed trailer. Nsa brands is horrible and do not recommend them to anyone. read more

There are many RVs having catalytic converters stolen on their "secure " site. So not true. Catalytic converters are not cheap. Atleast the owner could do is reimbursement of insurance deductible read more

I used iStorage for just about a year and have had two cases of theft from my RV. Their security only monitors the gate so thieves have plenty of time to tear apart your camper for the parts they need. If you wish to keep your camper in a safe storage facility I recommend going elsewhere. They will do nothing to reimburse you for the damage caused under their watch. It wasn't until the police report was filed I learned that there was cases of generators being stolen and units being broken into. That sort of information should be relayed to customers in my opinion. They will also raise the rent without any prior notice or reason. They have a dump station that is always a mess and an air station that is usually broken. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place. read more

Good luck trying to reach anyone when you're in need of services. I've had my storage unit here for almost a year, to which most of the times I didn't have any problems, until one day I found an extra lock on my unit due to "late payment" that I was not notified about. At that time, I had already paid my last months (which was 5 days late due to their auto pay not working) and was paid up through the current month and it was still not removed. I had called the office 4 times and had visited twice, to which the office was randomly closed both times with a sign on the door...I was finally called back after the 4th time, and one week later. Over the past 4 times I've tried to go to the office, there has not been anyone there to talk to. Now, I'm having the difficulty of trying to cancel my unit but having no way to reach anyone because they don't answer the phone! read more

Istorage was great for our storage needs we rented a few different sized units over the last few years. Their autopay system made billing really easy. The staff was always very helpful. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Would rent space from the again. read more

I rented here for over 2 years and the rates increased every year. They tend to cater to getting people to rent then jack up the rates. The gates had issues for months that went unaddressed and the homeless issue is still going on. They bust my chops for storing new equipment in covers and wrapping and allow other crap to clutter this facility. I reported trailer break-ins that went unaddressed for days until I complained a second time. So long I-storage I-left! read more

I have had nothing but problems with them, their staff can barely read it seems. I had problems with them the whole time, from missed payments, to completely butchering my name. My last name is spelled Reinoso, they spelled "ISONO", so when I went to inquire about my account, they couldnt find me for about 15 minutes. I got two flat tires there from nails in the parking lot, and they called me for non payment, and I had to handle it from Germany while on vacation, despite me repeatedly filling out the CC auto pay sheet. read more

Rates have been raised three times in the last three years since I've been at this location. They also now charge for utilities for the RV parking location when the inialnrental cost included power. The do not report trailer break ins to customers. Still waiting to hear back from manager to see how often these rates will continue to raise. I would not rent here. Today's rates will change yearly. read more

I have used Mesa Storage from 2013 to 2015 when I was stationed in Germany and now again I am stationed overseas and have had items in storage since 2018. They are responsive to my questions and I have never had any issues with billing. They are always very nice and considerate when I do call. Thank you Mesa iStorage! read more

We've had a vehicle storage space here for about 5 years. Twice this past year, we've picked up our trailer Sat. AM and returned Sun. PM to find our space occupied by some other vehicle. There's no way to reach someone to get it towed or pulled out of our space when this happens. Can't recommend renting an RV/trailer/boat space here if you need to count on using it when you get back Sunday evenings. Mgr says there's nowhere we could leave the trailer inside the facility when this happens. Our community allows no trailer parking, so this is a big problem. No emergency number is responded to until well after opening the following business day. Management has changed several times (Todd was great), but even under him, maintenance had deteriorated over the past few years, especially asphalt condition (loose gravel and potholes) and lighting lumens/dependability. Must be a cash cow for an absentee owner who can fill the spaces without having to do normal, expected maintenance. They also allow parking alongside marked RV spaces at the end, which makes maneuvering around each row while pulling a trailer challenging. read more

My boyfriend & I have had a unit at Istorage for a few months. We are very pleased, with the hours we can access our unit, the location & ease of being able to get on site & the staff. Recently we needed a unit for only a month & the staff worked with me online to help get my unit. They do great to give good customer service & have everything you need in a storage place. read more

iStorage did respond and have stepped up the security. Still not a fan of taking down the gate between storage lockers and the covered trailer storage but security is better. read more

If there was any way to post this review with "0" stars I would. This is the absolute worst storage unit in the valley. I was renting a unit for my business and had to pay for insurance. Then there was a rainstorm and their unit was built so poorly that it ruined a $3,000 display and the insurance would pay for it. What a RIP OFF !! Then I had to move three times because of the door being broke and each time I moved they forget to hook up my credit card to the new unit and they locked me out costing my guys a lot of time. But to add insult to injury they charged me for a late fee. And I always have to fight with them to remove it even thought it is totally their fault. I am out of there forever and I suggest that consider anyone else for your storage units. These are lousy units and really, really bad management. read more

This is a very well managed business. The staff is super professional and the storage site is clean and secure. The manager, Todd, has worked with me for several months to secure me the exact type of site I have been looking for. I have also found the monthly fee's to be reasonable, especially when you take in the extra lengths the staff goes to in order to find you what you are looking for and the level of security offered. The entry / exit on to both Guadalupe and Country Club are convenient and easy. The location is about a mile off Hwy 60 and a few miles off 202. read more

Upon moving my RV out of iStorage after my previous comment about their not honoring my previous arrangement with the staff, someone at the facility permanently damaged my RV by cutting the power supply from the RV. They cut the permanent power supply - the cord that goes from the electrical generator to a plug in or hook up. What kind of business is this??? read more
