My husband was driving a van to pick up and close out our unit. The gate was open, so he drove in. She chased us down in her golf cart, to inform us that we had violated the rules and should've entered our code. We apologized and proceeded to empty our the few things in our unit. When I asked the procedure for closing out the unit, she fired a bunch of questions at me, to see if I had gone through the proper steps. I told her I didn't know the procedure as we just decided to close out the unit that day. That's why I was asking what the procedure was. She made us stop what we were doing and go put in the code for the gate. Then she said to stop in the office on our way out. She never explained the procedure. She informed us that it's all in the contract and again was unbelievably rude. We signed the paperwork and couldn't get out of there fast enough!!

I lost all the contents from my children's baby pictures to all my furniture and family heirlooms. no reimbursement of any kind was offered. so after many years {and a lot of money} keeping my possessions safe I lost everything. i pay $1,000 a month and i've been asked to leave because i complained about the homeless guys…read moreliving there. and one of them constantly had his pants down exposing his buttocks and genitalia to the public and one of them cooks meals there 3xs a day i have now got mice in my units when this was brought up to the staff they reacted extremely rude and angry and crooked. all of a sudden i was being harassed by letters coming in my mailbox at home daily and warnings taped to all 5 of my units and locking me out of my units for no reason which they were paid for in full. the harassment was relentless every time i would go to check my units next the live on site security guard came on a sunday came over to me and started yelling and threatening me he said he was going to kill me if and when he caught me off the property. once agin i brought this to management and they refused to give me the name of there security guard so i could contact the police and make a report this guy should never be in a position of authority anywhere at any time. now i have to move im 70 years old and a 3rd generation us navy decorated veteran the first threatening letter gave me 4 days to move. i believe they are setting me up so they can lock me out and steal my property. the staff here is completely out of control. i have tell the 30 now after i complained i need some help finishing moving. this forced me to pay my rent to them $1,000 then go pay new rent at a second facility and moving help and truck and as of now they don't have a single excuse as to what they reason is to kick me out. what they did in the original contract it states ether party can terminate the contract without giving any reason. that is about the most chicken sh** low life excuse ever. the problem is there's no bathroom in storage facilities so the people living there go pee and po in buckets or where ever and i can smell it and its no safe for human waste to be tossed around haphazardly

Since they are not going to Pick it up until 8/25/2022 they charged me another 119 dollars since my time was due on the 22nd. They should have some type of prorating system. So if you use U-haul Pods you should ask these questions 1. What is the rental? 2. Do you charge to move the pods from one location to another. 3. Do you pro-rate your monthly fee? I will say that the pods seem to be watertight, and my items inside did not move at all during shipping.

This location does get a bit busy, but the team onsite is efficient. Parking can also get a bit chaotic, as its shared with a gym and other businesses, but I have never had a major issue. You can of course get a lot of basic shopping materials here, copying and printing, ship package on site or pay for pre-papackged items. They also have mailboxes on this location if you were interested in were interested in PO Box type solutions. I believe they also have a notary, but I beleive last time I was thre an a customer asked, they were not in, so I would suggest calling in advance to confirm! This could be a one off of course.
