When I asked the procedure for closing out the unit, she fired a bunch of questions at me, to see if I had gone through the proper steps. I told her I didn't know the procedure as we just decided to close out the unit that day. That's why I was asking what the procedure was. She made us stop what we were doing and go put in the code for the gate. Then she said to stop in the office on our way out. She never explained the procedure. She informed us that it's all in the contract and again was unbelievably rude. We signed the paperwork and couldn't get out of there fast enough!!

There is no issues with sewer like someone posted many years ago, that was a one off issue it sounded like, 3 years now and everything is great here, no issues.
