My husband was driving a van to pick up and close out our unit. The gate was open, so he drove in. She chased us down in her golf cart, to inform us that we had violated the rules and should've entered our code. We apologized and proceeded to empty our the few things in our unit. When I asked the procedure for closing out the unit, she fired a bunch of questions at me, to see if I had gone through the proper steps. I told her I didn't know the procedure as we just decided to close out the unit that day. That's why I was asking what the procedure was. She made us stop what we were doing and go put in the code for the gate. Then she said to stop in the office on our way out. She never explained the procedure. She informed us that it's all in the contract and again was unbelievably rude. We signed the paperwork and couldn't get out of there fast enough!!

I had previously setup and paid for my unit online which was a breeze and didn't require me to go into the office which is cool. I wanted to get the run down anyway which Angel was awesome at. She told me the location as well as provided a map and best path to get to my unit. I still screwed up by going up and extra level but was blown away by how dialed in their facility was. Like if I dropped a delicious Rolo chocolate on the ground, I'd totally still eat it. The facility itself, as well as the elevator is key code protected and you will even need to use the code to leave which was awesome. When I finally got to the unit itself was spacious, bigger than I thought it would be based on the dimensions and I even liked the construction, leaving no large gaps or spaces that would allow passage into other units, after all we are looking for a SECURE storage unit for peace of mind. Any questions I had required them to run out back and ask the one guy who knew anything to come up front and answer my questions. He was obviously very busy and over-worked because he had no time to calmly, professionally answer my questions. Instead he was very impatient and unprofessional. What's the point of having two grown men working in the store if they can't answer any questions? A simple buzzer on the desk to call the guy working in the back could easily replace those two. They were however good at mixing it up when I demanded a refund. Right away one of them jumped in with the mouth. Could not recommend more highly to avoid this place like the plague.
