Excellent customer service, very accommodating and not pushy. Easy process. Very clean facility. Great location.

Deceptive practices! Will almost double your bill after a few months. Don't call you back and not there office locked during business hours. Avoid this place! read more

Bunch of scam artist. But I mean I shoulda known. They get you in with a discount and over the next couple months end up doubling the payments. read more

Online sign up Ease seems like a great location not too far from highway access easy to find

Jessica helped me so much get set up and was just friendly to talk to and ask questions. I came to this location due to a good deal and new storage space. read more

Staff was a huge help. They were friendly and Very professional too. Was able to get everything setup quickly.

Just a quick update. Not one person has called any of us back regarding our property they sold. Not corporate, not the Manager on site, not their legal department. We have NEVER received one piece of documentation proving they followed any state laws. read more

Damian was very friendly and helpful. I originally set up an upstairs unit and he switched me to a first floor with no problems. Thank you again. read more

Jessica continues to impress. She ALWAYS goes the extra mile in customer relations! She is also very thoughtful when it comes to handling pressure situations. read more

I was very pleased with Lynn she helped me get my rent increase to be delayed for 6 months. She was very personable and helpful. I would recommend this public storage to my friends. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable rates but even more so by the fact that they had a lock with three keys waiting for me! A few minutes after I began the rental process online, a friendly and pleasant lady (who spoke English VERY well) called me and asked if I wished to complete the transaction over the phone, in person or to continue online. That was awesome. So far, I can highly and joyfully recommend this storage business to anyone seeking an A+ storage experience that is still budget friendly. read more

Good luck ever getting a hold of someone here. Over the last two months I've left over 4 messages and never get a call back.

Absolutely sickened by how much the "rent" has increased over the past year. Its not even a climate controled unit that we are using ...its just a "garage" and the cost of it gas gone up over $130 a month. Highway robbery! I would NEVER recommend this company ever to anyone! read more

Super nice people.... Sandie at the front desk is the best. She made the process super easy and pleasant. I wish there were more Sandies in the world! read more

We were treated very well by Sandy and her co-worker. Coming from California the price seemed very low. The carts were helpful to have available and Sandy explained everything very clearly. Out of 4-5 storage experiences over the last 10 years this was by far the best read more

The manager, Sandie was fantastic. She was polite , professional and very knowledgeable. Was very helpful with me opening up an account and getting my storage space. I highly recommend this location. read more

The ac units keeps going out. Really bad customer service. So moved out of this hot inferno. Alway 90 in a ac unit that should be 75. That gives you your 1 star. Get your stuff fixed this is 2 years in a row. read more

Such wonderful help! I was assisted by a woman named Brandi. She was super friendly when I entered the office area & she even changed the light beams in my storage unit when they went out. read more

Great service! I was looking for a secure covered parking spot for my new boat. Found this location, and for the cost definitely worth it. Many other places overcharge for this and it's ridiculous. If you are looking for a place to store your boat/RV check them out! read more

Their rental policy is very screwy. I used the unit from July 8 to Sep 9 and was charged 3 months rent. They only prorate your closing month if you move out by the 6th. Your better off going with anyone else. This is true of all Public Storages not just this location. read more

it was vet quick and easy to rent the unit. prices were very affordable and the customer service at the office was great.

Disappointed with Public Storage. Customer service is awful. Hard to get ahold of. Rep Donna is so scatterbrained. Gives incorrect information. Still waiting for a manager to call back. Thinking of pulling my items out early. Do not recommend this location. read more

Excellent service at this location on val vista. Very friendly staff and the best prices in the area. I just moved here and I culled through lots of locations. This one is by far the cleanest and most affordable and they have security on site. read more

Haylee from Public Storage in Gilbert is AMAZING! She was so helpful and knowledgeable. Gosh, it's such a pleasure to meet a person such as Haylee in today's day and age. Her customer service skills are exemplary and she deserves a huge KUDOS for her hard work and dedication. You can tell she enjoys her job and is super helpful. I've been here a while and EVERY time I'm here, Sandie is always super helpful. Always has a smile on her face. I've recommended it to a few people just because of her. A place to store your stuff is one thing, great service is completely different. read more

They will raise your rate after 6 months guaranteed. They will not tell you this, but it will happen. Happened twice to me already. After my first rate increase, I researched how much covered spots were and found out I was paying more for an uncovered spot. So when I went to switch, of course they wouldn't give me the advertised price. I asked if I can start an account in my name (my account is in my girlfriends name), they said I couldn't because I am a payer on her account. Even though, when I called to ask questions, they couldn't speak to me because I wasn't on her account. So was I on her account or not? Still don't know, but I know I had to pay the more expensive rate. Then the rate went up again, go figure. While the staff is always friendly, they have zero ability to help the customer in any way. read more

Sandie was AMAZING! Her knowledge and dedication played an intricate part in making our signup a success! Thank you Sandie!!

This storage facility is nice and seems secure. However, I wouldn't come here solely because I was told a price, I took a day off of work to come down and set it up, and when I arrived I was told a price about $50 more. When I asked about it their customer service was apathetic and didn't care to help. Hidden fees are a sure way to lose customers. read more

RUN as fast as you can away from this company. After reserving my online storage unit we set up an appointment with Christine. Christine was passive aggressive. She was upset when she could not bait and switch our unit. The online reservation reserved a unit and Christine then tried giving us another unit. This employee is very odd and continued her ranting and lying. We finally walked. This is unfortunate because we were paying up front for an entire year. One of the reviews posted said get your stuff fixed - ac keeps going out. Another review said bad customer service. I wish I had read reviews before I reserved. RUN FAST!! read more

I have used this location twice in the last 3 years for both a 10x10 and a 10x20 unit. The staff is very helpful and very pleasant. Always glad I use these guys for my storage needs. read more

April was very pleasant to work with. Only dealt with her a few times but when I checked out of my unit, she remembered my name and had the paperwork done in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend. read more

This is the worst public storage. We have been there for over 10 years and they have never been accommodating. The rent is outrages and we have been through 10 property/district managers. No one returns calls and the lights never work, the carts are never in the building. They continue to increase rent. We finally are moving out and found a great location and unit "Life Storage", clean and very accommodating. There is a reason they can't find folks to work at this unit. Terrible business "Public Storage". I have another unit at a different location and funny, there lights don't work either, yet we are paying like we are renting an apartment. Hopefully we can move soon from them. Hopefully Life storage will take over all these public storage. Terrible, too high of a cost and no loyalty to long time renters. read more
