She tells me no she made me a label. Ok. Then she prints it all out and starts telling me I'll get notified when it gets there. Cool I guess. But I'm upset cause it came out to be 15 bucks. Irritating cause I normally pay a dollar ! Can't wait for the young gentleman to be on the clock who don't do all this extra stuff. Don't be like me. Pay attention to what they ask you. When I completed my own I-9 the day before, everything went smoothly -- the staff member was professional, verified my information carefully, and had me electronically sign before confirming completion. My mother's appointment, however, was handled very differently and raised serious concerns. The staff member, Pat, assisting my mother asked to see a credit card for "extra authentication," even though the service was already prepaid by the employer. My mother's identification documents were scanned, but she was never asked to review or sign the form. Shortly after leaving, she received one email confirming her documents were collected, followed by another stating there was a problem with the scans and that she would need to reschedule. We returned the next day for a new appointment, and I accompanied her this time. During the process, I observed several errors and troubling behavior: * Pat incorrectly scanned images of my mother's ID and tried to submit two backside images of her driver's license instead of front and back scans and became irritated when I politely pointed it out. * My mother was rushed through verification and not given time to confirm the accuracy of her Social Security number entry. We had to ask her to scroll back to double check. Pat became more visibly annoyed. * Finally, Pat clicked the "sign" button herself, declaring the form complete without allowing my mother to sign her own I-9 electronically. When I questioned this, Pat said "it doesn't matter who signs." I explained that this is not accurate, as federal I-9 requirements specify that the employee must personally sign to certify their information. We were then told to contact customer service and were asked to leave the store. I have never experienced anything like this before, it was very unprofessional. This experience left us uncomfortable and concerned about the accuracy, security, and handling of sensitive personal information. The request for a credit card, improper document scanning, skipped signature step, and dismissive attitude toward legitimate questions all indicate serious procedural and compliance issues. I strongly urge Fieldprint and its contracted locations to ensure that all staff conducting federal I-9 verifications are properly trained and that identity documentation is handled with care, professionalism, and respect for the customers they have agreed to provide services to as a vendor of FieldPrint, if not, and they have no plan to do things differently or correctly they should not offer FieldPrint services.

It took them an hour just to take apart my king-size bed. The day before, a friend and I moved all 70 boxes ourselves in about five hours total, including loading and unloading. I hired the movers only for the large furniture: a king-size bed, two nightstands, a dresser, a bench, a 65-inch TV, a TV stand, a sofa, a coffee table, and an end table. Moving those items just four miles took them 6.75 hours, which is what I was billed for. After the first hour and a half, they had only taken apart the bed and moved the mattress downstairs. I asked why it was taking so long because it honestly felt like they were dragging their feet. Had I known they weren't actually firefighters, I never would have hired them. I chose this company because my neighbor had used them a few months earlier. I watched that move, and they were in and out very quickly. She also told me nothing was damaged, which gave me confidence in hiring them. Although I was frustrated with how long the move took, I still tipped them 10% using my credit card. I was then surprised to learn there was a 4% credit card processing fee. Since Square charges businesses 2.6% plus 10 cents per transaction, I felt that passing along a 4% fee was excessive, so I deducted that amount from the tip. They used Square to process my transaction. As a small business owner in Scottsdale, I understand the cost of processing credit cards. While I would not use this service again. I was also disappointed that the company's name implied the movers were firefighters when they were not. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I was charged two hours of travel time coming and going to my place when they were getting ready to leave I googled travel time back to surprise and it said 43 minutes I was billed for an hour when I said something he said that they were going past Surprise to the yard that they had to return the truck too. Response to the owners reply The bed has hex screws holding it together, so the only reason it would be difficult to take apart is if you didn't have the proper tools. The fact that you wish you could provide bulky, glistening calendar movers has absolutely nothing to do with anything I wrote in my review or with the efficiency of the movers. I want to be a billionaire, but that doesn't mean I'm going to become one. Likewise, using a name that gives people the impression they are supporting local firefighters is misleading. I see that you don't take constructive criticism well. I stand by my original review and was simply sharing my honest experience.
