However, after discussing it with my wife, and taking into account we already have plans to swap our current rig for something bigger, we decided not to invest the money. Especially if you have had your RV ceramic coated, it needs specific aftercare washes to maintain that coat for years to come. Greg was the only person recommended by Bob Moses Ceramic to wash my RV after ceramic. They have a vested interest in recommending a quality RV detailer which reflects on their product as well. I have worked with Greg and Sonya many times over the past 2-3 years and have never had a bad experience. They never "miss" anything and always do a thorough detailed job whether it is just the exterior or a deep clean interior detail. The only negative is they are so popular they often book way out so you need to get your appointment in as soon as possible. Even so, they have worked with me when I need to change an appointment and swapped me out with another customer so mine still got washed near when expected. I have had 8 different RVs over the past 30 years and never had someone do as good a job as Dirt Free RV! Their pricing is very fair for the great quality you get. He returned our phone call, he called before he arrived to let us know he was 30 minutes out. Once here he worked to problem solve the issue for us. He was able to figure out that our control board is bad. Although we still have the same electronic issues, Kevin was able to override the control board so we can move our slide in & out and open and close the awning. He was able to get us in a situation where we can keep moving until we can get to an RV dealer for a permanent repair. Kevin communicated with us every step of the way. He is honest and reliable.
