Truck Access Plus (2549 E McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85008)…read more I've been at Truck Access Plus since 8:00 AM when they opened, and I felt compelled to write this before I even pulled out of the lot. They corrected a poorly installed Retrax EQ that another shop had messed up -- and that alone took hours. No shortcuts. No frustration. Just focused, meticulous work until it was right. From there, they custom-modified my Yakima OverHaul HD stanchions to integrate cleanly with my ADD roll bar. This wasn't a bolt-on job -- this was real fabrication. They even primed and painted the modifications so everything blends seamlessly. That level of finish tells you exactly what kind of standards they operate under. What truly sets this place apart is the work ethic and culture. Every single person in that shop touched my truck at some point during the day. Not one person stood idle. It was like watching a well-oiled machine. Mario was out there with his crew the entire time -- hands on, leading from the front. They didn't stop moving, and they didn't stop refining until it was perfect. While working on my truck -- which was far more complicated than most -- I watched them complete dozens of other vehicles. Customers rolled in without appointments and were still taken care of. Quick fixes, clean installs, professional attitude. No ego. No excuses. Just pros doing what pros do. They had everything in stock and knew their installations without needing to pull up instructions. Confidence backed by experience. These guys are the real deal. If you're looking for truck accessories, fabrication, overlanding setups, or custom work done right the first time -- I highly recommend the team at Truck Access Plus at 2549 E McDowell Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85008. Thank y'all for making my overlanding dreams come true. The truck isn't just built -- it's a work of art.

They arrived early and completed the repacking faster than expected. Price was very good and great couple to work with. I then realized my toilet was overly loose and smelled bad. I called for an emergency repair since I was leaving for vacation in 2 days. Ulises was able to come that evening after his last appointment and made all necessary repairs to fix it. Then the next day, I took my RV home and realized my trailer brakes were very spongy. I was about to tow to SoCal and didn't want bad brakes while towing through the mountains. So I called them again and even though Ulises was fully booked, he came out to my house the very next day at 6:30am before his first appointment to make sure my brakes were in good working condition. Even though he lives 45 minutes from my house, he went out of his way to make sure I was safe and ready for the long tow. Ulises and Priscilla are the absolute best. They really go out of their way to make sure all their customers are safe and happy. Not only that, they don't overcharge for the emergency visits. I can't say enough about them.
