From the first point of contact to my final purchase they were very polite and offered to answer any questions I had without being annoyed, even if my questions were kinda dumb! Phone calls were answered and emails responded to. No needless pressures like going to the dealership. I wasn't sold things I didn't want. No price games, no bait and switch, no nonsense. Aside from the customer service, the quality is fantastic. I purchased a 67" x 12' single axle, and they quickly outfitted it With a spare tire mount and spare at my request. This trailer has built like an ox and I am confident that it will last for years to come. Was looking for a utility trailer in San Diego/ SoCal. Found Rockland in Phoenix by chance. Their prices were $600 less than anything comparable in SoCal. They were very easy to work with and made it well worth my time to make the 5 1/2 hour drive. While there, I had the wrong size ball for my hitch. They gave me a ball and hitch at no charge. It is not easy to keep 5 stars on yelp and I don't hand them out unless they are well deserved. That being said...Rockland trailers and the owner John are simply the definition of what a great business is!. Total customer service and devotion to hand built quality trailers. The welds,steel quality and tongue on my trailer far exceeds the competition, you can see the work that goes into every build, and its local in Scottsdale, but not with the Scottsdale price tag!
