I went to Truck access to get a bedrug installed and look for a Tonneau cover. They installed the bedrug and it looked good but an installer was kind of new and cut around things instead of removing them and putting the bedrug under. I almost bought my Tonneau cover from an online vendor. Their prices were a bit cheaper, and they looked simple to install. I'm glad that we decided to visit Truck Access Plus and compare the products and consider having them install it. By doing so, it saved me a lot of headaches and not being stuck with something that would be a challenge to install. I have a plastic bedliner, in order to install the Tonneau cover I wanted, it would require various modifications to my bedliner that would involve cutting sections out and butchering it. (NO WAY!) Unfortunately many of the online vendors never tell you this, so you may screwed! Thankfully the salesperson and the installer explained this to me upfront when they discovered I have a plastic bedliner,, so I was able to choose a better fitting Tonneau cover, and they installed it. They told me if I have any issues or questions to call them. This cover also has a 10 year warranty. Buying online & installing it yourself may seem like a great idea, but it can winding being a nightmare. Thanks guys for the helpful and fast service! read more

Bought a bed cover for a new Tacoma 2 1/2 years ago. Had the need to hose out the bed this weekend. While removing the Toyota non-slip rubber mat I discovered that the rail drain system tube(s) installation was a piece of crap. The work was extremely sloppy, 98% of the tube work was not installed correctly and both tubes were crimped shut in multiple places. Obviously no one cared. If you decide to purchase here double check the complete installation. read more

Bad Business and deceptive practices. This could have been a good experience, but it has let a bad taste in my mouth. I called Truck Access Plus to see if they had a truck cover for my year , make and model, and if they can install same day. Martin assured me they did and i came down for the install. I asked if this particular model truck cover had a lock, he said yes it comes with a lock. Awesome, the out the door price was around $418. First Red Flag During the installation , he said they didn't have the lock for the cover, but a new shipment would come in and he will call me. Ok, i thought to myself, why would they be installing the bed, without a lock, as i couldn't lock my valuables up and etc. against my better judgement, I took them i would return when they had the lock. Second Red Flag I come back for the install, and he saids the lock is defective, no fault of theirs, but its annoying i had to come back and wait only to be told, the lock is defective. So my truck bed is still at risk for theft, and not completely operable. Third Red Flag I get a text from Martin letting me know they received the lock and come back for the install. OK, this is my third time here now and i am expecting this to be over and done with. I let Martin know the bed liner is tearing/ripping and he looks at it and saids its just outside of its grooves, and they would fix it. Ok , as im waiting on my truck he saids the lock is $99. I said what, you told me it comes with the bed cover, he said no, there is a misunderstanding. I said yes there is, i wouldn't have bought a bed cover and waited 3 weeks just to be told there is an additional charge for the lock, that makes no sense. So Martins brother saids well if you have a disgareement then we can uninstall everything and give you a refund. i agreed, i find it highly unprofessional after waiting all tis time just to be baited and switched, totally unethical. They gave me a partial refund, and thats absolutely unacceptable after all this? Absolutely not guys, this is bad business practices and deceptive. I will be getting my full refund point blank and taking them to arbitration. Never again! read more

I was blown away by the professionalism, honesty, and friendly customer service of this place! Wow. Would give them more stars if I could. I was looking to get side step rails installed onto my Toyota 4Runner and called them this Saturday morning to find out pricing and make an appointment. They told me come by later and they could get it done, no problem. Got there around 1:15pm and was promised it would be done in less than an hour. They install while you wait and give you a coupon for a FREE drink or ice cream at the Mexican restaurant next door. I waited in the AC while eating yummy flautas. My service was completed in less than an hour, however, when they did a final walk around to check their work, they noticed a screw was in one of my tires that was from their shop. The guy came to the restaurant to inform me and offered to get it patched at a tire shop they trust down the street, no charge. It took another half hour to get the tire fixed, and when I was checking out they gave me a discount without me even asking for one. They said it was for any inconvenience regarding the tire issue. Thank you! I paid $200 for the side rails, backed by a 3 year warranty. They look professionally installed and sleek. Plus, I don't have to struggle getting in and out of my vehicle! What a great shop. Called them up and they had the truck bed cover in stock for my Silverado. Their prices included install. I was in and out in roughly 20mins. Guy gave me a demo on how to use it and I was on my way. I realize there are a ton of different models, but they were about $100 cheaper than most of the Off Road Truck places.
