Interesting experience at this Auto Zone. I lightly scuffed up my front right exterior and was looking for a scratch repair kit. The place had good traffic as two girls were being helped and then a father and a child came in looking for something. And another guy buying some cleaning product. I wandered around for a bit and then located the Turtle Wax scratch repair gel and also some microfiber sponges. Cashier rung me up quickly. As I was walking out, I saw a detailing wipe and thought maybe this might help get the scratch out. And this is when it got funny because the cashier couldn't offer any advice but decided to start guessing my ethnicity. And I was like rolling my eyes internally and thinking to myself, "I guess this is guess Vivian's ethnicity day." You dont know how many times in my life I get this and it gets super annoying after 49 years of this. One day, Im just gonna tell people to stuff it honestly. Or, better yet, start guessing back their ethnicity too. I think I watched a fun video recently showing the absurdity of it. So, his first guess is, "Korean." Nope, buddy, try again. He then says, "Oh, you're not fair skinned enough." And that was pretty annoying too. And at this point, I am like, "I get Korean a lot, but, nice try, you're wrong." He then tries again, and says, "Japanese." And I am like, "nope, you're wrong again." At this point, thank goodness, his coworker comes to help me. I ask should I try the detailing wipe, it looks promising! He says if you're vehicle is here, let's go take a look. And I said yes! And was so relieved to stop playing guess my ethnicity game and get some real help! So, we go out together and he takes a look at my scratch and then he says, "you could just get someone to buff it for you." And then also says, try the Turtle Wax you bought, that should work. Detailing wipe won't be helpful. At this point, I thanked the guy and then said to him, go tell your buddy in there, "I'm Chinese." I also wanted to add, "and you're an idiot," but I stopped myself. Some battles aren't worth my time. Like seriously people, do your job and help me with my question (thank goodness someone working here knew what was going on and trying to work) and for crying out loud, can we not play guess Vivian's ethnicity for once? I'm really tired of it, so stop being a jerk. read more

Horrible service and I won't be coming back. I came in to have a battery checked which they replaced for me six months ago. At first he didn't seem interested in helping and things spiraled downward from there. He asked me to read the number on the battery, I told him the number and he repeated something else back to me. Checked it and said it was low but that he couldn't change it tonight it was too much trouble. He even suggested they don't work on cars like the Jnfiniti I had brought in because they are too difficult and I could speak to his manager if I wanted? Followed it up with some other rude comments and it was time to walk out. There isn't time to waste on this type of "service". read more

Employees were very knowledge and kind! Both gentleman gave me great suggestions and Thomas really went above and beyond. I don't know much about cars and he was very helpful without being condescending. Would definitelly return to this location even though it's not my closest store. read more

Got there at 7am when they were suppose to open. Kid arrived to work late. Opened the store late. I had the door rudely shut in my face telling me they're not open with a very hostile demeanor when it was past 7am. I was waiting outside the door like its first Friday trying to hope they would get their act together. All I needed was a Dorman clutch pedal bushing to be able to get back on the road. Customer service was horrible. When checking out he asked if there's an issue in a hostile tone baiting for an altercation. Was rudely cursed at over the counter until I was out of the door. Employees should be on time. This was a very rude interaction. Kids name was Alex he said. Drives a white corvette. read more

One of the staff members on the nightshift is incredibly rude, seemingly unknowledgeable, and frankly too lazy to put down his phone (guy was literally just playing on his phone the entire time I was buying and changing my lights) to process a direct exchange after the bulbs didn't work. I am within the return policy and never even left the parking lot... So anyway, I headed right back in to exchange the lights he just watched me buy and dude goes- "well, why did you buy lights that don't work..." and asked if I was going to "bring this item back damaged" and told me to "follow my heart" while buying items for my car... like what?? Also, he answered the phone and said to a customer on the phone and said "This is AutoZone, not Walmart"- not sure if he was talking to me or the person on the phone but either way I'm so annoyed and completely over this location after this level of disrespect. Please stop hiring unqualified and rude individuals for your sake and ours. He also was not in uniform and did not have his name tag on so that was weird, also. No names on the receipt but I came in February 15, 2025 at 7:45ish and it says that it was CSR number 17 register number two that is the only information I have to quantify who was rude. read more

Juan and Adrian were really professional, polite and helpful. I had purchased a new battery at the autozone on 221 Camelback, but the employee there had issues with installing the new battery and was very unprofessional. Juan and Adrian were able to take out my old battery and install the new one really quickly, in about 10 mins and we're professional the entire time. They were knowledgeable as well as they used the proper tools to do the install. I'm so grateful for their help and highly recommend coming to this location. I feel at ease knowing I'll be helped by a knowledgeable team and be respected. Thank you Juan and Adrian! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just had the displeasure of entering this store. On my initial entry into the store two employees was having casual conversation and didn't acknowledge me at all and the store wasn't busy or overflowing with customers. The one guy that did acknowledge me being there acted like I was bothering him because he decide to clock into work. I was having a battery issue he lets me know he can't test it I said ok he tells me I can take my battery out and have them recharge it I didn't have the proper tolls on hand to even losses the bolts so I bought a whole new battery. Keep in mind this guy is talking so low I have to keep saying huh which he is visibly upset so I also asked him about a spray that he said they offered to remove corrosion on my terminals. I asked what aisle might that be in he says 7 and walks off. He switches the batteries out he said good to go. I said thank you he didn't acknowledge me, I also said have a good day he just walked inside. That guy has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced I didn't catch his name but he has a cleft lip and was wearing a black hoodie with pink writing that says "the gym is my psych ward" and as a veteran to have a mural outside of the store with different variants of uniform personnel is disrespectful with the type of customer service yall provided. read more

They are selling cheap garbage, I bought a pair of Bosch mid grade wipers for my truck and in 2 months they started to break apart and leave rubber on the windshield, I went in to ask the manager Chris in the Stuart FL location and he said that I didnt have a receipt (who keeps receipts for 2 months) that I was out of luck paying $50 for a pair of wipers. Auto Zone used to be a good place now I guess they are like most and falling apart with inferior products. I will never go there again. Jon read more

Brian has to be one of the best Auto Zone sales associates we have ever encountered. We came in with an emergency engine light situation and he came out to our Jeep to diagnose the issue and knew exactly what products would be best to get us back up and running. Thankfully it was just a spark plug and coil that needed replacing. He was even kind enough to lend us a hand while we replaced the components in the parking lot outside of the store. True customer service! Thank you, Brian! Your assistance and knowledge was greatly appreciated today. read more

They were great here. I came in with a potentially dead battery because my friend had to jump start it yesterday. It lasted 5 starts, but was sputtering so I took it in concerned. I have a Honda 2013 civic. They were thorough and tested my batter juice. Assumed dead. They advised I call Honda to see if it was still in warranty. Unfortunately, I was out of the 3 year warranty. I than was advised to put in a new battery and make sure it was not the alternator draining the battery. As the associate Brian and I took my old battery out, we noticed the sticker on the battery said it was dated back to 7/15 with a 100 month warranty. Well today is 4/17 and it definitely hasn't been 100 months. Yay! We might just be in luck to still be in warranty. Currently they are charging my battery as much as possible for free, and my next stop is Right Honda! We are going to call them out on my battery still being in warranty. They definitely are thorough and can catch or solve any problem. Come to this location! read more

Went here and received an attitude from the guy who was helping me, might've been the manager since the other man had to receive a password for him to continue usage on the computer. Asked him if he could connect my car key to my car and said we don't do that and when I told him the last time I needed it done an Autozone did it for me he told me, "No they didn't, we don't do that here" when I said I'm from California and that an Autozone did in fact do it for me he said well we're in Arizona and we don't do that. Won't be coming back to this Autozone, there's a way to talk to customers and professionalism isn't a priority here read more
