I've been to AutoZone's across this country of ours. And the one thing I can say about them is…read moreconsistency is key. They always have the oil you need, they always have the fuel additive you need, and they always have a ton of accessories that you may or may not need. For me, the real experience of AutoZone is the people behind the counters. More often than not, they seem to be genuinely friendly people who know about cars. My experience has been that 99% of the people that work there are kind, courteous, and friendly. The rest are just perfunctory. And by that I mean don't really get any kind of emotion out of them other than they're doing their job. Which is fine, because all I'm doing is getting in there to get something that my car needs. It doesn't have to be like Chick-fil-A where it's. Thank you and my pleasure. That being said, this particular AutoZone ranks a solid. 3. It was neither a pleasant nor unpleasant experience, so it landed right in the middle. The guy at the counter called me boss, which always makes me laugh when you don't want to say sir. And they were kind of backed up so he guided me to the self-checkout. Which worked out perfect. Bottom line? If you are looking for a decent Auto parts place in the Phoenix area, this is definitely one of them.
