I've recommended this place for new installs only, prices are good and competitive. But I've experienced 2 bad installs from the led lighting incorrectly installed. Pointed sideways instead of downwards. The other issue is I've had to purchase a motor for one bad AMP side step. $150 which the part is $80 or so and I was given the wrong bracket mount. I didn't bother going back just re-used the old mount bracket. I'm not gonna say stay away due to the prices besting other shops. Your choice read more

Bought a new 2018 Toyota Tundra 1794 and needed a tonneau and bed step. Bought a Bak Flip MX4 cover and AVC bed step. 1. Very politely and promptly greeted upon our entry. 2. Simple, clean & utilitarian showroom. 3. Very knowledgeable, polite & respectful sales people. 4. All tonneau covers on display and working. 5. Very deep inventory in stock. I would guess they have tonneau's in stock for just about every truck. 6. Fair pricing. Same price as Internet with free installation. 7. While you wait installation. Took 1 hour to install tonneau and bed step. We waited and they even gave us a certificate for ice cream or beverage at the cafe right next door. 8. Job was done in a workmanlike manner. 9. Purchased a truck bed cover from this company 4 months ago and I was told that it's all covered under warranty, it's now leaking and I went in a spoke with Mario. Showed him where it was leaking and he put it to test. With in 15 secs of where they poured water it started to drip. He responds with " it's not covered and have a great day!" He then tells me to use a silicon and or get a video of more water pouring in to get a full warranty. This company has been in business for years and I don't know how! My company had 19 locations and each one with a company truck. I will not be going back there and I hope that any that owns a truck please go somewhere else. Very bad customer service! read more

I found this company on WeatherTech's website as authorized dealers. I called yesterday and they offered me the exact same price as available on WeatherTech's website and said they would be here next day in the morning. I purchased the Bak-Flip MX4 for my F-150 and couldn't be happier with the product and service from this store! I scheduled my appointment and called early to see if I could get in a few hours ahead of schedule. The staff were happy to reschedule it and got me right in. I was told it would take about 30 minutes to install, but to my surprise they were done in less than 20! I got a full demonstration of the bed cover on my truck after the installation and left knowing everything about it. I was told to bring it in for regular "tune-up's" at no charge, but was told it should give me plenty of years of dependable service. The bed cover works great and looks excellent on my truck! The price was more than competitive (I'm a big fan of Amazon but these guys matched the price and even threw in free installation!) I also timed it right and received either a rebate for $75 or a free tool box. I opted for the tool box instead and the staff even agreed to mail the paperwork for me. I was told when it came in, just bring it in with the truck and they'd install it for me for free since it was part of the purchase program with the cover. I couldn't be more happy with the staff and service I received at Truck Access Plus! I would recommend them to anyone!...I even saw some power foot rails I'll be adding in the future! I picked up my new truck on a Saturday morning. I stopped by Truck Access Plus to look at a bed cover and side rails. I was greeted immediately by a friendly young man. He showed me several choices of what I was looking for. Another employee checked stock to make sure the parts I wanted were available. They had everything in stock. I did not have an appointment but they took my truck in right away. I was told to give them an hour to install the items. After 45 minutes I was told they were done. I was shown how to use the add ons. The truck bed cover has a lifetime warranty which they filled out online. When I got home there was already a message regarding the warranty.
