He also called my mother and left a message and told her to call him back at the number that wouldn't work. Mixing green coolant into a Toyota Sienna that uses red (Toyota Long Life) coolant can cause the two types to react, creating a sludgy, gel-like substance that clogs the radiator, heater core, and engine passages. He said he could have it in a couple of hours, and they did. These guys know what they are doing, and very responsive and they work as a team. I did not have to wait for the young man, who ordered the tool for me, to get the tool I ordered, one of the other gentleman knew who I was and what I ordered and was able to get me on my way quickly. Every time I walk in, I'm treated with respect and genuine care which is something that's hard to come by these days. Not sure if it's because I am a young woman or if they are simply lazy & inept. This Autozone right here which is literally two minutes from my house, the young kid working there is nothing but a smart ass. I was looking at the spray paint and looking for some other stuff around the store. I was in there for 20 minutes and they didn't once ask if I needed help and there was no one else in the store. I gave the store a second chance and that's the last chance I'll give it.
