He doesn't think an O'Reilly's employee putting the wrong coolant into a car without permission is problematic. Those were his words. He also called my mother and left a message and told her to call him back at the number that wouldn't work. Mixing green coolant into a Toyota Sienna that uses red (Toyota Long Life) coolant can cause the two types to react, creating a sludgy, gel-like substance that clogs the radiator, heater core, and engine passages. This sludge can lead to overheating, water pump failure, and significant engine damage. If some of the O'Reillys employees at the stores and in the corporate office, are this incompetent...
