He said he could have it in a couple of hours, and they did. These guys know what they are doing, and very responsive and they work as a team. I did not have to wait for the young man, who ordered the tool for me, to get the tool I ordered, one of the other gentleman knew who I was and what I ordered and was able to get me on my way quickly. One night, after being pulled over for a headlight that was out, I was pretty shaken up and stopped at AutoZone in Apache Junction for help. A young employee named Landon Rizzi went above and beyond for me. Not only did he replace my headlight bulb, but he also noticed that my license plate light was burned out and took care of that as well. He didn't hesitate to help and treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism from start to finish. As a single woman, it meant a lot to have someone willing to help without making me feel uncomfortable or inconvenienced. Outstanding customer service like his is rare these days. Landon was knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely caring. AutoZone is fortunate to have an employee like Landon. He doesn't think an O'Reilly's employee putting the wrong coolant into a car without permission is problematic. Those were his words. He also called my mother and left a message and told her to call him back at the number that wouldn't work. Mixing green coolant into a Toyota Sienna that uses red (Toyota Long Life) coolant can cause the two types to react, creating a sludgy, gel-like substance that clogs the radiator, heater core, and engine passages. This sludge can lead to overheating, water pump failure, and significant engine damage. If some of the O'Reillys employees at the stores and in the corporate office, are this incompetent...

I showed up unannounced with a serious issue (ignition switch failure) ... I could not shut the car off (as I would have remained stranded wherever I'd parked it). I pled my case to the owner and he said they were booked but would get to it later in the week with a diagnosis. I could tell they were familiar with the usual issues and I left confident. It turned out to be relatively simple. They expedited the repair on my car and it was, in fact, completed _before_ I'd even managed to make it back home. Same day. Additionally, as I had disassembled most of the steering column in search of a resolution, the shop charged approximately .10 of a billable hour of labor. I thought it was a typo. Not a billable hour or half-hour of labor but about .10 of an hour. Additionally, they retained the original defective part and provided it upon my return. If you have a "vintage" BMW of any sort (or modern, for that matter) do not hesitate to contact this shop.

The young man who waited on me had no idea how to replace my particular car's key fob battery, neither did his coworker, and then I asked him to check to see if I had a wa and he entered my contact phone info in the system wrong. Twice. Then swore I had no account there. He called another location on Val Vista and said they could do it. (thus the 2 stars). I asked him if he could write it down for me and he said, "I'll take a pic with your phone of the address." What kind of bs customer service is that?? Thank God that young man at the Val Vista/Gilbert location knew what to do. Very courteous and professional and guess what, he found my account which confirmed I had a warranty.
