I have a 2004 RAV4 I needed a new cab air filter and they had it in stock and then the employee installed it for me just like they do when I need anything at AutoZone on Ellsworth. They must have good management because their employees seem very happy and you can see that and how they treat the customers I'd give a 10 star if I could read more

got to the store on an early Friday morning, 13 December at 7:30am when they opened walked in and told Aaron the parts sales manager I needed a replacement battery. He got the battery I needed. Installed it within 10 minutes. Amazing service.!! read more

After dealing with Heather, I came to the conclusion that there is way better options than AutoZone. She was rude and unwilling to help me. I wish people would actually care about customer service and treating their customers right seems like nobody cares anymore and you're a bother to them. I will see better options in the future to do business with. read more

It's no fun to have your battery die as you come out of Fry's with groceries in 114 degree heat on a Sunday afternoon on Labor Day weekend! My friend picked up my groceries - thanks, Robin!- and my emergency road service gave me a jump so I could drive a few blocks north to AutoZone. I had a new battery with warranty in 30 minutes! No complaints from this 73 year old Mesa retired teacher! Thanks! Usually my husband deals with car issues but he had just had surgery and was home recuperating so I was on my own. read more

Does 4 stars seem high for an auto store? I gave this auto zone that bcuz they had a good selection of steering covers and car smelly goods which is what I came for great customer service too plus I guess I needed some antifreeze which was on sale. I'll be back! read more

I went in because I needed my battery tested. It had been giving me issues for a couple weeks. I spoke with two representatives they kept putting me in the back of the line so they could help "paying" customers. I asked them if I buy could just buy a battery so I would be a paying customer and then have them test it and they basically laughed at me and told me to wait. Pretty poor customer service. I'll never go back here again. O'Reilly auto parts next-door helped me out in no time. read more

The store was dead and the store manager Robert was so busy chit chatting on the phone with Ramon letting him know that they don't have RV batteries that he couldn't even acknowledge me standing there waiting to buy windshield wipers. I am navajo and was taking a six hour trip back to the reservation to visit family. A light came on in my car and I stopped in to make sure it wasn't anything that would (should) delay my trip. I explained my situation and asked if someone could read the car code. Soon after the guy started making racist comments to me about how all natives are drunks ( I am half white Also so I thought maybe he didn't know I was Navajo.) When I said "excuse me, I am a native." He cut me off and said "so you know what I mean then?" I was so angry and shocked that he just continued and didn't stop and apologize. My husband and I just got in the car and left. I should have called corporate and I really regret not doing so but I don't remember his name and it's been weeks. read more

This is the best Autozone location that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. When it comes to my car and getting the right parts, I like it when the person I am buying parts from knows there stuff about mechanics, and is not just another employee watching the clock and waiting for there shift to end, so they can clock out and rush home. I prefer someone that has a passion for working on cars and has a strong mechanical background. anyone can sell parts at a distributer, but the guy who helped me went out of his way to explain to me the difference options available for my vehicle and the pros and cons of the different options. I won't go to any other Autozone when it comes to getting parts for my vehicles. read more

Mario the store manager is one of the best employees autozone has. I travel for my job so I pass a lot of autozones and have sampled most in the valley and for that matter auto part stores in general. Mario has never not been able to help and always has a happy and cheerful attitude. I have all vintage cars and tractors and he has never been stumped. read more
