The staff has lied to us every single time I have ever gone here even if it's with an old lady with a walker to help her save some money. They trick you into coming in by telling you a fair price estimate over the phone for something basic like an old yellowed out headlight ($12-15) and then once you get there, remove it and go to check out the price triples if not quadruples and it's almost as expensive as ordering a new part online!!! Today they did it to me again and instead of the $12 price they told me over the phone the guy behind the counter wanted nearly $40!!! That's absurd for an old yellowed out headlight that needs to be restored. Then to top everything off they refused to let my girl walk with me without paying even though she's tiny and has never worked on a car in her life.

I went to one repair shop and they couldn't get me in for a few days. It would not be safe to leave my vehicle open so I needed it fixed right away. I searched for someplace close by and came across Affordable Automotive Repair. I gave them a call and they said they could get me in right away. Tim was fantastic and friendly. Gave me a quote before the work was done. It was reasonable. My window works great now! However the reason for my top notch review is the customer service I received. I received a text message thanking me for my visit and that they appreciate my business. I received a follow up text a month or so later asking how my vehicle was running and to make sure everything was still good. This blew me away! I've never had a business follow up like that before. It is refreshing to know that a business values its customers this way. I will be taking my vehicle back for any needs it may have.

I came in for a trade‑in appraisal after being invited by the dealership, and the experience was…read moreone of the worst I've ever had. Matt asked for my keys, saying his manager needed to drive my vehicle as part of the appraisal. I watched the manager get in, sit for a moment, and get out without ever driving it. This was misleading and left me without my keys during an interaction that quickly became uncomfortable. After receiving the appraisal offer, I said I would review it and follow up later. Instead of respecting that, Matt repeatedly pressured me for immediate feedback. When I explained that several numbers were significantly off, he kept pushing and told me to "be straight forward," even though I already was. He then added that he "wouldn't have come in on his day off" if he didn't want to make a deal -- an unnecessary and unprofessional comment. When I folded the offer sheet to put it in my purse, he said, "Give that to me," and snatched the paper out of my hand before I could even ask if I could take a photo. At that point, I still didn't have my keys, which had been taken under false pretenses. I had to ask the receptionist to retrieve my keys because I wanted to leave immediately. Matt came out with them, and I told him directly that his behavior was unacceptable. I left right after. This dealership treated me as though I was making a trivial purchase, not considering a vehicle worth over $60,000. The misrepresentation, pressure tactics, unprofessional comments, and physical disrespect were completely unacceptable. I hope management addresses this so no other customer has to experience what I did.
