He was able to just replace the outside & use my current interior parts in the new one. He even checked the battery when I asked him to. He said it was fine. So out the door quickly & a huge cost saver. You can bet I will be going there when I do have to replace the entire fob.

I called the store and spoke with Austin, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. He looked up my information, confirmed my battery was still under warranty, and even though they were closing in 45 minutes, he went above and beyond. Since I live across town, Austin found a closer location near my home, called them directly, explained my situation, and arranged everything for a smooth warranty exchange. That level of service is thoughtful, especially when coordinating between stores. Really appreciate the care and effort - Austin made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!
