BP isnt going to give you Amazon prices on batteries. But after ordering batteries off Amazon and having them with short lives or nearly DOA, I decided I'd go in and get batteries here. For key fobs, they will open and replace on the spot which is super nice, especially for folks who dont have tools or are not mechanically inclined. They also have guarantees on their batteries - which you most definitely are not going to get with your Amazon purchase. This is about all I've gone in for but always has been a good experience. read more

About a year ago, I had a great experience at this location when my car died in a nearby shopping center parking lot. I came in about an hour before closing, and the team helped check my battery and confirmed it was low and not charging Yesterday, I ran into another issue as my battery wasn't charging and my door locks were cycling. I called the store and spoke with Austin, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. He looked up my information, confirmed my battery was still under warranty, and even though they were closing in 45 minutes, he went above and beyond. Since I live across town, Austin found a closer location near my home, called them directly, explained my situation, and arranged everything for a smooth warranty exchange. That level of service is thoughtful, especially when coordinating between stores. Really appreciate the care and effort - Austin made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend! read more

They are always pleasant and patient when helping out. The last visit was for a battery for my old landline. The young man named Bryant was especially nice ( he even showed me his Beatles shirt matched mine-good taste ). He got me what I needed and helped me save some $ too. Looks like I'll be a loyal customer. read more

These guys have always done good by me. They've helped me find solutions for things when I could not, or made recommendations to where I could go. In addition I have free lifetime car key support. They also changed out my two car fob shells and had to make four attempts because Amazon kept sending me the wrong ones. Richie finally got it done right for me having had to get a little creative. I'm very appreciative. read more

I have been going to this place since 2020 . I have been getting batteries for my car fob. They are very friendly and installed the batteries. I went in today to take care of my car fob and garage remote too. Picked up some AA batteries and employee said I have a better deal. They now have their own batteries that are better than the batteries I picked plus cost less than Costco. It is a clean store. I would highly recommend this place for any of your battery needs. read more

The staff is amazing!! They are patient and kind. They do not rush you when trying to explain your situation and what you need and past history of what you are replacing. We love this location!! read more

Had one of those morning no one likes. Dead battery. Checked it and the good news is the battery was 22 mi the in to a 24 month warranty. Bad news is the location i purchased it from had poor service and is closed down. They attempted 3 times to tell me that my battery wasn't covered. Thankfully Austin (great employee) continued calling and fighting for me. Just when I was about to give up and leave, he got it approved and installed it very prompty. He told me he was so sorry for the delays and that he hoped that his service would make up for it. He needs a pay raise. Great guy that sees this as more than just a job. read more

I purchased two different batteries in the store. The first one went dead within six months it was for my Prius. The second thing was a key fob battery, which the battery that came with the car new lasted 12 years. The battery I got from you did didn't even last two years. I'm now replacing it again. I don't recommend buying any batteries from you because once I can understand but two times no. read more

Richie was amazing... He and Joseph figured out the issue to my AirTag battery problems. Who knew Duracell didn't fix their CR2032 battery to match the AirTags until later. I had old batteries that didn't work in the AirTag. Joseph and Richie were very professional and helpful... I appreciated their customer service. read more

On December 4th 2024, I went in to buy a battery for my car key. The man working would not sell me a battery to take home for my husband to change out. He insisted that I should pay for it to be installed by him so it would be guaranteed. I spent over $25 for him to put a single battery in. Today, my husband went in and a younger man working sold him two of the same batteries for $10. I think I was taken advantage of because I'm a woman. read more

I have no clue why this place is only 3 stars!! Everytime I come in they are so helpful and so quick. Used this place more than I'd like to dealing with key fobs and it's never a hesitation to get helped. I walk in and they are doing something they drop everything to help me and I'm always in and out within 5 minutes! read more

I showed up just before 4 o'clock asking for them to program a key fob for me. They're open until 7 PM but they told me the guy that was certified to program key fobs is only there until 4 PM. He was in the store, but I guess he was in a hurry to get out of there. I suppose I'm leaving one star review because if I were the guy, I would helped the customer. Maybe I'm expecting too much? read more

Man are you kidding me? Richie helped me out in 5 minutes, probably under 5 minutes. Before this I had gotten a quote of 150 dollars to just change the battery at another location. I came here and paid 20 bucks and was in an out before I could even think of what to eat for breakfast. I 100% recommend this place absolute game changer. Thank you Richie! Someone give this man a raise read more

Mentioned to my neighbor that I needed to go to the car dealer to get the battery in my key fab changed out. He told me to check out Batteries Plus Bulbs instead. SO GLAD I did! They were closer to home, way cheaper than the car dealer, and Nick was so helpful and even helped me switch out the tiny battery. Yay! read more

Warning low battery light on my Jeep popped a couple times while my hubs was out of town. Instead of dealing with long lines at the dealership on a Saturday morning, I called Batteries Plus. From call time to arrival and install was about an hour. I so appreciate the expedient service and quality individuals. Phone associate was super and Kyle even more so! Great job all! Competitive pricing too. I'd still be drinking cold coffee in the waiting room of the dealership but now I can get on with my day! Bravo! read more

Great store for when you need a battery. They have all kinds and they even install them for you just bring the item that needs the battery and they will put the new battery in. read more

They're terrible and their workmanship is shotty at best. If you need batteries go there, but certainly not for any type of repair service.

This afternoon I stopped by since I was in that part of town. I forget about the mess they did to the wife's watch 4 years ago. But, it was a simple car remote battery exchange. Two remotes. It took the kid less than 3 minutes and the cost was $33. Are you kidding me. $33 for two little button batteries installed. Come to find out they wanted to charge me an additional $10 per battery for a warranty. What the........ $10 for a warranty on a $2 battery. These are CR2032 button batteries. Once he took the warranty off it was $12 for both. More like it. Be careful folks.. read more

I brought my iPhone to the store to have the battery replaced. The young man was so professional and nice about it he told me it would be 45 minutes I only waited 30 and he was done! The two men working in the store were so polite and helpful to all the customers that came and went while I was there. I definitely recommend this business. read more

Bought a battery from them that is still under warranty but the car won't start. So I took the battery in and they tested it and the battery is low, but instead of replacing it, they tried to blame the car have issues. Would not recommend buying anything from here if they are not going to honor warranties. read more

I purchased a mid 2000s vintage Spy Gear Field Agent Spy Watch and needed to replace the battery so I headed to my local Batteries Plus to see if they could help. Luckily there was a very friendly employee named Joe working who found the correct battery and even replaced it for me using the world's smallest screwdriver. It really took some patience and he did a great job. Thanks Joe! read more

I ordered my camera battery online as their website said they had limited quantities. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to go pick up the battery and I get there only to find out they don't have it in stock. They said they tried to call but I received no calls and got no emails to that effect. So I'm still without a battery and a wasted day in driving to not get it read more

I just stopped in for three little button batteries. They had them and we were done. Then I remembered my Tahoe key was not working right so I asked if they could check it. They checked the key and said the batteries were a little low but he was going to clean the inside first. He cleaned it up and it works like new again. He saved me $14 and told me to stop in again if this happens again. I go here often for batteries and this is why. They are honest with me, they know what they are doing, and most of them are attitude free. Absolutely recommend you try them when you need batteries, of any kind. read more

Do not go here if you want something done quickly. Two guys in a completely empty store with no other customers. They acknowledged that they could rebuild a battery pack in 10 minutes while I waited, but refused to do so because they only do jobs in order and might be able to get my job later in the day. They completely refuse to prioritize waiting customers. read more

I have been in here many times but never for automotive batteries. I never thought of it I guess. Hard to find specialized "gizmo" batteries has been my quest usually. They constructed a special battery for my old LifeCycle, camera batteries, watch batteries special kid's toys batteries and they have hard to find light bulbs, all at excellent prices. My last trip was for watch batteries which they installed, charging $8.99 each and did it during the 5 minutes I was in their store! Very business like employees, not friendly, not unfriendly, doing their job. I will return whenever I need a battery or hard to find light bulb. read more

Extremely dissatisfied with my experience here. I recently came in for assistance with my battery, and after walking in was greeted and told there was only one associate.I was then told there wasn't a way to have them leave the store to check my battery to see which one was needed. After calling a seperate store (shoutout to Bullhead, AZ Batteries Plus for being on top of it) they then let the associate know he could have looked it up for me from my make and model the whole time. Then after a runaround about my warranty, was told that I would need an invoice to even order the battery, that they wouldn't honor the warranty provided without the invoice, and that my best bet was to drive 3 1/2 hours to Bullhead if they have it, because he could not order it for me. This place is unprofessional and does nothing to assist you, take my advice and steer clear of this store. read more

My husband called to get a quote on changing the battery in our cars key fob and they told him it would cost $175, not including the $30 programming fee. My husband mentioned multiple times that he just needed the battery changed and they insisted it would still cost this amount. Long story short, we bought 4 batteries on Amazon for less than $5 and changed the battery in less than 5 minutes ourselves. Don't waste your time with these people. read more

I randomly stopped in to get a battery for my keyless entry remote for my car. I was really impressed with the level of service I received for such a small purchase. There were quite a few customers in there but despite this the guy helping me went above and beyond. He tested the battery I had to make sure it was dead, then noticed a piece in my remote was coming loose so he soldered it. After doing this he went outside to make sure the remote was functioning. All of that for $3.86! I wish the receipt had his name so I could give a proper shout out, it only says "MC". I will definitely be going back if I have any battery needs. I strongly recommend this location, it's rare to find such an excellent level of service. read more

Scammers. Avoid at all cost. I used their website reservation system to replace an iPhone battery that is unable to hold a charge reliably. I made the reservation at 1:30 for a 3:00 appointment. I arrive with my paperwork and explain that I am the 3:00 appointment for a battery replacement and immediately was concerned because the employee thought unneeded a screen replaced. He looked at my phone and said he couldn't help me. They only had one battery for my phone on stock and someone else had just called to reserve it for tomorrow morning. Made some half-assed attempt to pass me off to a different store, but at that point why wouldn't they just have a battery transferred from the second store or tell the other customer to go to the other store who had t made a reservation? Regardless, piss poor customer service. I will just replace myself like I have my previous iPhones that needed replacement batteries. read more

I found exactly what I needed in a timely manner. Store layout can be confusing at first but after I looked around the shop blankly for a minute an employee asked what I was looking for. Oh my goodness, my expectations must be too high for this company. There appears to be a draw between good or ugly. The customer service was disgusting. It was like I was interrupting his time to smoke. I brought the battery in and he had no glue what to do with it or where to find it. He made no eye contact with me. And truly it was a total waste of my time. Amazon solved my battery issue. Why do I continue to support my local business when they don't give a damn!!!! read more

I was hoping to get my Apple phone battery replaced and after of waiting I was told that the BP store on AZ ave didn't have my battery! Finally received phone back with new battery but had to bring it home to charge! Great idea and good prices but be nice to people especially us seniors who need the help! read more
