I've gotten a few batteries here, and mostly they work just fine. Sometimes, they will sell one that doesn't work, but they will replace it for free. I'm a "shade tree" mechanic, and know this is possible with any rebuilt batteries. It just happens. They still get 5 stars from me! read more

I sent him the information of my vehicle and he said he had batteries that would work so i purchased them and 4 davs later thev were dead. So I dio some research and comes to find out he sold me batteries that weren't compatible with my vehicle He refused to give me a full refund and mv cores back. He said it wasn't he's problem. If you just need to get by, sure. But don't ever risk buying brand new, because they won't tell you what your car calls for or if ALL the electronics may not function properly if u don't have the battery the car calls for. PLEASE use "Kar Life" located on country club and Broadway, the last paragraph has my reasons for this but in general it's a much cleaner, friendlier, and more accessible place to conduct business for a mere $12 difference. In addition to warranty's 3x longer than super bees. An honest review of super bee batteries from head to toe. Parking is terrible, shop is unclean, shop is hot, employees are rude, no uniforms (not necessarily needed but gives off a less defunct look), employees are argumentative about warranty and validity of their own batteries. First things first parking, the lot is only a small area in the front that fits maximum 6 cars and two motorcycles, good luck parking anywhere nearby and hoping your vehicle will not be broken into. Anyone with a truck and flatbed will be hard pressed to get in and out while avoiding other cars. The shop is unclean and barely kept, really goes to show the "level" of quality this company gives to any customer, it's covered in grease and cobwebs, probably only swept once or twice a week. Dirty blackened walls and a overall dingy look. The shop is hot, you walk in greeted with the exact same weather as outside, we live in Arizona people, I expected to have a better atmosphere but I was wrong it smells like sweat, garbage, and feels like an oven with little ventilation. Both employees I talked to continued to cut me off mid sentence and constantly questioned the validity of my claims, saying these 6 batteries I purchased weren't theirs. I actually had a picture the day I bought them and it was only 2 days after their "30" day warranty. That's another problem for later. The people there were poorly dressed so I am constantly unsure of who works there or if I'm just talking to some homeless man who wandered into the shop and is looking at car batteries. Not a necessity but it's more comfortable to do business with a clean and well kept person. Again employees argued with me about the warranty, yes they were 2 days past. I understand that on paper it's "policy" but the unfortunate side affect that people don't realize is I blew roughly $100 per battery, that works out to $600 of junk only a month later. That's not something I want to blow money on ever again. Please don't buy from here if you value your hard work. Instead check out a place called "Kar Life". Footnote I was essentially scammed out of $600 and had nowhere to turn after they threatened to have me trespassed because I was arguing that I lost money on their crooked deals. "Kar life" is located on Broadway and country club, not very far from "super bees" Kar life has a much more frank and easy to work with staff and a A/C waiting room with chairs. ITS CLEAN the man there was helpful wore clean clothes and all their batteries come with a 3 month warranty all for roughly $12 more dollars, bringing in used or old batteries means you get $10 off per battery. The parking lot is 10x the size of super bees and much cleaner. Basically a much better and far more reasonable place to conduct business. read more

Please don't come here owner is extremely rude told me to get out of his store in a very vulgar manner just because I asked him why the new batteries only last a year. I'm sure the batteries aren't new that's why he gets upset when you ask him. I don't think customers should be treated this way when thanks to us he has a business I was just asking a question . I would much rather spend a little more money at Walmart or AutoZone and get 3 year warranty for a battery either way his batteries are $80 for them to only last a year. read more

I bought a battery from this place I asked for a battery for a 2011 ford mustang and me trusting this business because I have come here before (I think before the transfer of ownership) and this fat dude helped me out I paid the battery and left and come to find out the battery didn't fit in the car. I came back to switch out the battery and the guys only argument was that it was on the right terminal and didn't want to switch out the battery or give me my money back. Will never be coming back here again interstate all battery center has way better customer service for the same price only reason I went down there was because they were closed. My fiancé bought a used battery from here on 4-19-19 . For the past few days it's been struggling though . So today (5-6-19) we took it back down there after we got it tested at auto zone , and the results were poor . Upon returning the battery - with no receipt - they gave us a different one with no questions asked . Great deals on quality batteries. Ugly batteries? YES. Batteries don't need to be pretty to be useful and life saving.. Either do battery stores. This is one of those. Bring gloves and don't be afraid to get dirty. They use carbon pile load testers as well. Friendly staff and you don't need old dead batteries, (cores) to still get a good deal. It certainly helps and it also helps keep your community looking good. Feel free to donate any LEAD batteries to these guys too. read more

My 23 year old daughter who is the single mother of a 2 year old bought a car from Junior Kirby , the man who claimed to be the owner of this shop. She paid 2200$ for the vehicle. When she asked to drive the car he would only allow her to drive around the parking lot saying it was for "insurance purposes" that she couldn't drive it on main roads but assured her that the car was in excellent conditition. When she left the shop she got on the interstate and the check engine light immediately came on . Then just 2 days after buying the car and driving it less than 100 miles it completely locked up. Won't start at all. Nothing! So she immediately called SUPER BEES and asked to speak to the seller and was put through instead to the Senior Kirby which is the actual shop owner and is the sellers father. In tears she explained the situation to him, that she is a single mother who had been in an accident which was not her fault and her car had been totalled which is the reason she bought the car from his son in the first place. Instead of being even slightly sympathetic HE LAUGHED AT HER and told her she bought it as is and basically she was on her own. So she asked if they would at least do the honorable thing and have the car looked at since it shut down immediately after she purchased it and HE HUNG UP ON HER. Im 40 years old and changed my first battery today got couple batteries and half to admit was going little crazy walmart and auto zone costs being way up there, they are more convenient but in reality super pleased got 2 batteries for 80.00 both are solid and they let me use their tools whole reason always paid for another to do it dont have and dont want tools. I have known Lance and his son for quite a while now. I have been getting batteries from super bee for many years at least 10 years. I have had a business relationship for quite a while. I bought many batteries for myself and referred lots of people to him. Normally I would give them a high review but the guys here at super bee are really lacking something today. Not only did I have to return the 2 deep cycle batteries. That were not holding a charge being somewhat of a friend of his you think I get a little bit of respect. I return two deep cell batteries that cost me almost the price of one to get a used one which makes no sense but we won't get into that but now I have two batteries that are supposed to be new. Which now have no warranty what kind of business is this. Making up the rules as we go. I think somebody's reputation and pockets got a little bigger than they can handle and don't care about consumers or customers any more. Also when I took the batteries into the parts store to get tested the guy told me. There's no acid in the batteries even not sure what's in there but no acid very interesting I said. I'd think wisely before you go to these guys saving a few dollars isn't really saving a few dollars here. It's just causing more headaches and frustration.... read more

If I could give a lower star rating I would . I went in twice . The first battery was bad then 2nd time the battery was bad . They didn't want to warranty their battery . They're selling bad batteries to rip people off , keep people coming to buy their bad batteries then blame it on the customer in order to turn a profit . Bad business strategy. read more
