Great service for replacing phone screens. Trustworthy and quick! Explained the process didn't feel ripped off like the other phone screen replacement places. Thank you! Great service. I have nothing left to say just trying to get enough words for the review to post read more

Warranty on failed AGM battery is of no value. I Purchased Duracell 12V 47 Ultra Platinum Battery on 7/23/25 "with a full warranty until 7/23/2029" for $291.86. I tried to returned failed battery with original receipt that would no longer take or hold a charge almost 14 months later on 9/22/26. I was turned away without replacement or refund. I visited the store around 10am on a Tuesday. The manager was not available. I called again at 11:30 hoping perhaps there was just some misunderstanding the manager could resolve. Nothing. Arizona weather can be tough on batteries. However this battery spent most of its service life in a car parked in a swamp cooled garage. A similar battery installed in my truck parked outside in the driveway is still going strong. Regardless Batteries Plus reneged on their warranty, sending me away with nothing, not even a prorated warranty. I've dealt with Autozones and Checkers and Walmarts and Costcos and AAA and more garages than I can remember and have never run into the kind of craptastic customer service I received from Batteries Plus this date. Buy from batteries Plus if you need never worry about a warranty on a failed battery. Personally, I will never set foot in a Batteries Plustore again. Batteries Plus sucks! read more

All Batteries plus stores suck. They sell you a warranty with new batteries then wont honor them when your overpriced batteries fail far before warranty is up. Will never buy from batteries plus again or Duracell 12v batteries. read more

Very good service. They really understand batteries. The only downfall is that they are a bit pricey.

Richie is the best, got my water damaged and short circuiting phone back up and working!! Apple and TMobile would not even touch the phone, they said water damage means it's done for. Of course I was not backing up the phone so I thought I had lost it all. Richie got it working, he is truly the best. 10/10 recommend him, I'll be going back if I have any other electronic issues, he does more than phones! read more

Went in to buy a battery which they claimed to have 22 in stock - they didn't have a single one. A waste of time. What is happening with the inventory at this location... 22 batteries don't just disappear. read more

These guys were great. Helped me fix my phone up, saved me money that i didn't realize I could save. Great experience.

I had to get my battery replaced and the gentleman working was very helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me my options and did not try to pressure or up-sale me. read more

This batteries plus is very helpful. The location in Phoenix sold me a battery then couldn't attach the connectors and they sent me here, 30 minute drive each way. Luckily these guys fixed me up for free. Thanks! read more

The Tempe store advertises holiday hours both on Yelp (reset last week) and on Google. But they were closed two hours early. I do think a store should stand by its hours, especially at holiday time. This is the only store that has the battery we need. read more

Avoid this place. There's no reason to come here with SO many other places to buy batteries. Go to any AutoZone and they too will install car batteries. I called on a Sunday and spoke to a monotone human drone. His attitude should have been a red flag but my wife's car needed a new battery (with no warning of course) and this place was close by. The drone told me over the phone what their battery options are and that they install batteries. We get there and the guy's even more of a drone than he was over the phone. The place was dead as a door nail yet he said he couldn't "technically" install it because he was the only one working. Keep in mind we barely made it to this place with the car battery nearly dead. Now we had to cross our fingers and hope the car started again so we could go elsewhere to get a battery installed. The drone just stared at us like he just had a lobotomy. Note to human drone: DON'T TELL PEOPLE OVER THE PHONE THAT YOU CAN/WILL INSTALL A BATTERY AND THEN CHANGE YOUR STORY WHEN THEY SHOW UP! Note to management: Get rid of the human drone that was working on 6/17. He's quite worthless. It was very charitable for you to hire a lobotomized drone, but it just isn't working out. All he's doing is costing you money. read more

I have taken my iPhones and tablets to batteries plus for years. They have fixed them all from screens to batteries. The key to success is awareness. I say this with kind gloves and love. Just like with any company you will sadly get employees that either simply be trained up or deselected from their partnership with the company. I have ran into two at this location that have turned me away and then I contacted another location saying they actually carry a part and do the service. Yet I still highly recommend the company even though two employees that are new at this location chose the type of money this location wants to make based on their actions. Looking forward to seeing this rare but sudden new experience corrected moving forward. read more

Can I just say AWESOME! 3 times I have had excellent service here. First for an odd sized car alarm battery... In stock ! Second for iPhone screen repair, tech was not in but but my punk rock attendant went the extra mile by calling another store for same day service on a holiday weekend. He even made sure they checked to make sure the inventory was really in stock and that the repair could be made. Third time was today for an adjustment on my screen that was replaced at the other location and guess what? Bingo, another great service experience. Repaired at no cost to me and super courteous staff . Thanks punk rock boy and biker dude!! Gotta love good service. read more

I was long overdue for a iphone battery replacement and finally decided to get a new one as I was on the quest of becoming a Pokemon Master. A pokemon master cannot have her phone die after catching 1 pokemon, hahaha jk. Anyways, got in.. was greeted and less than 15 mins later a new battery was installed in my iphone. They checked to make sure everything was in working order and I was on my way. Quick, attentive, friendly and fair pricing. Will be back for my future battery needs. read more

Great customer service from Nate. Wide selection. They have batteries for everything. They also have a wide variety of light bulbs.

Took my wife's iPhone here to have it fixed. The guys were great they fixed her screen in the time they said they would. They also cleaned out The charge port on my iPhone for free that I thought I was going to have to replace. If I need any more iPhone repairs I'll go here read more

Purchased a external phone battery charger $25.00. They said that is would charge galaxy s5 battery in two hours. I not only took 6 to 7 hours, but only charged the battery to 92% and the charge only lasted about four hours. Made in China expensive crap! read more

I ordered a phone battery that was promised to be there in a week. I called 10 days later. They sounded confused and then told me it would be a few more days and that they would call me when it was in. This was a year ago and I never heard from them again. Poor customer service! read more

Today was my first time visiting this location. Let me tell you their staff goes above and beyond! Robert was the staff member assisting me and I was blown away by his customer service. I've been in the customer service industry for several years and know how rare it is to find someone like Robert. My recommendation is to keep him around for as long as you possibly can! Because of him I've already spread the word to my friends about your location and would recommend anyone to go there. Not your typical parts store where you walk in and feel out of place, especially as a female. Five stars and wish I could give it more! read more

Obviously if you need batteries this would be the smart place to go! You'll find a battery for just about anything , but besides that you're going to find friendly and prompt service. I've been here a handful of times in efforts to replace watch and batteries for my scale in which I have a love & hate relationship with. My Mom's watch took a dump in which we assumed it was a simple battery replacement, wrong! After the salesman chose the correct one and graciously offered to put it in let me know it wasn't the battery, he then recommended a jewelry repair shop. When my scale began acting crazy, fading and blinking I assumed it was giving me a subliminal message to get my chunky trunks off of it, but in efforts to keep torturing myself I went in for more batteries. The salesman recommended a better battery that for a few cents more should last longer, problem solved let the torture commence! Honestly for whatever type of battery you need these guys will have it, with great customer service included! read more

Don't do it. Very unfriendly service. Took too long to get a simple battery installed in my iPhone. The guy behind the counter needs some training in customer service. He made me feel like HE was the customer and I had the service to provide. He even refused to let me on his wifi to make sure the phone was working properly, stating in his unfriendly tone, "wifi is not for customers to use". WTH??? Without customers there is no need for wifi! I wish I would have seen the phone repair store just across the street prior to coming into this place. I've had good experiences at other Batteries Plus stores, but would advise against this particular one. read more

Always have great service here. I got a cell phone battery with a one year warranty that began to fail after about 6 months. I took it back and they replaced it for free...with a lifetime warranty battery! "If you ever have any trouble with it, just bring it back and we'll get you a new one". Wow! How can you beat that! read more

I ordered a lap top battery from the site and you got a 10% discount to pick up in store. Then I get a call. They don't have the battery and need to look for it. Then I get a call the battery is nowhere in the universe for some reason and they offered my money back. My question is WHY IN THE HELL DO YOU OFFER IT ON THE SITE IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE BATTERY? What a waste of time. read more

Ron and Brian worked with me on my battery that went dead just four days out of warranty. They were so great! Thank you so much. This was the third battery I had purchased from the same store and never had a problem. read more

This guy intentionally put in a defective battery into my iPhone. He admitted that he had a defective batch and this was his last battery. He couldn't put the old one back in because when you peel it off you destroy it. When the phone wouldn't charge in the shop he told me continue charging it for a day, then if still didn't work to take it to another branch for a replacement. He was attempting to get rid of his inventory and was using me as his mule. What a waste of time and effort and disrespect to your customer. read more

Went in to find a specialty appliance bulb. I found one close enough and went to pay. The entire time I was in the store the salesperson at the counter was chatting loudly with a customer about the oncoming recession, how unemployment figures are wrong, yadda, yadda, yadda. I waited. I cleared my throat a couple of times. Rolled my eyes. No progress seemed to be made on checking out the guy in front of me, just more talk about the economy. Well, yeah, the economy probably will crash if no one gets around to actually selling any product to the customers. I eventually hung the lightbulb back on the shelf and walked out of the store. They were still talking. I went to Home Depot and bought the bulb I needed. I won't be back to this location. read more

This store has never let me down. Staff is always friendly & extremely knowledgeable. They always have products I never knew existed.

Do not make an appointment to get your phone fixed at this location! Total waste of my time, they wont check to see if they have the parts or materials to actually complete the repair before you arrive! The solution? You can drive to the store on the west side of town (20 mile) to get it repaired there! Thanks but no thanks... you will not receive any of my business in the future. I will make it a point to tell all my friends and family my opinion! read more
