Weird experience. I have an existing Verizon account. 1 phone line, one home internet line. I go in your this store to bring over my 2nd line and get a new phone. I ask about a phone (s23 ultra) he for some reason goes to the safe then comes out and says it takes 10 minutes. I figured they could look up inventory on their system, guess not. Felt like a stall. Starts wanting to look up my account and talk about promotions. I let him know I'm adding a line and moving a number from another provider. I also asked if if the one I wanted was even one they stock (512mb) and it was not. I told him my phone was unlocked and I have the transfer pin for the # as well. He should have realized I'm prepared, and basically a lay down sale. Then a minute later he's like... okay. We're going to set up a new number. I said we're done here and left. I can do everything online myself, was just trying to get it quicker in person. Should have been the easiest sale ever, even if not in stock. Go through the process and have it shipped to me, then end. I'll just do it online myself without the hassle. No clue why he thought I'd want a new number. Won't be going to this location again. read more

Gabriel helped me today. What an impressive person. He multitasked helping me and another person at the same time seamlessly. He suggested ways that I could get more out of my service. Dishonest practices, very unprofessional. Insist on getting your receipt before leaving and check it for unwarranted charges. Visited store and purchased S21+ Nov 30. During transaction, rep Kelsey C claimed a change of plan would save us money and reassured that my 9 lines would not be negatively affected. Would later discover we are paying MORE and had lost all our hotspots as well as being charged on a ton of extra junk. While she was gathering and applying case, screen protector, warranty, cables, chargers. I mentioned that I have so much of that stuff already and asked if it was included to which she said that it was part of their promotion. I accepted this answer but also asked for the receipt for the $300+ payment, which she said would be emailed and continued with migrating my data and applying the liquid screen protector which would prevent scratches. Rep Kelsey and Manager Justin went on to discuss the "crazy old" customer they had been helping and even complained about someone who was coming in to complain. Few days later... After 3 phone calls, was finally able to get receipt via Quentin Bias. As expected the receipt had charged me for everything except a screen cleaning kit. Unhappy, I returned to the store the next day to find Kelsey C working. There were already 2 other customers in the store so when she was free I mentioned that I had an issue with the charges I wanted to discuss when she was fee. She said when she was done with the customers she would help. Another rep entered the store, apparently called in to assist. He helped the 2nd customer out as another 2 customers entered over the next hour. After finish with the original customers, each rep chose to move onto the other customers over me by asking small questions and were about to send one customer to a different store and informing the other that they would be right with them to solve a technical issue. I waited patiently for 1.5 hours, not saying anything additional until they went back to the woman with the technical issue to now figure out the issue. Upset, I said "I think we should really solve my issue first". Kelsey agreed and led me to the front counter where I went over the details. As I explained my frustration, Kelsey said that the items I thought were included were promotional and pointed out the $30 I had saved by spending $300+. I remarked that I had told her during the transaction that I had plenty of cables and charges and no use for that specific case or liquid screen protector. She said I could return them if I had the box to which I pointed out that SHE had been the one to open and apply everything and that I had seen no reason to keep empty boxes. I mentioned the phone plan issue as well and was instructed to call in myself and try to change it but that she again had "saved" me money by getting a more expensive plan and getting a discount on it for 3 months. Keep in mind it was STILL more expensive than my previous, more comprehensive plan even with her discount. She claimed there was nothing else she could do, I mentioned that having worked retail Im positive there was always plenty that could be done to which she claimed only Justin had that ability and that I would have to come in when he was in. I left upset and frustrated to say the least. I was able to revert my plan back, but not able to meet with Justin thus far. read more

We swapped from Samsung back to Verizon which came with new phones. Well... All the new phones are too big for my pocket! They were totally stumped as to what to give me. Oh there's the iPhone mini (I am not an apple person) and after much contemplation well I guess you could use a Pixel, which they didn't have and I had to go over to Best buy to get. The young man that helped me seem to be in quite a rush to get out of the store so it must have been near his time to get off. There was no extra information given about either phone and all in all it was very disappointing service. read more

Trying to transfer my 5 lines from ATT to Verizon since March 15th and it's already 1 month, they still haven't done so. They ordered my phone incorrectly; instead of iPhone 13 Pro, they ordered iPhone 13 Pro Max. Just between exchanging, ordering the phone, they still haven't done it successfully. Now, I am receiving 2 phone bills! One from Verizon for 1 line that was transferred over, and from ATT for the rest of my lines that are still yet to be transferred over. This has been a stressful ordeal and a nightmare to say the least. AWFUL!!! read more

I picked up my Note 2 from these guys. Everyone was polite, but one of them was clearly a tech nut. He knew what I knew. I went back yesterday to check out the One M8 and did they ever deliver. AZ mills is filled with Diamond Wireless and they had no M8. The sprint kiosk had no clue what it was. The 3 young ladies @ T-Mobile said nothing. There were at least 4 of them and all of them were playing with it like kids w/ legos. Bottomline: Their hiring manager is a wise man. read more

We stopped in to ask about a promotion and Tyler M. Was very helpful. We had to wait for the tax refund to come in before we could take advantage of the promotion. Valentine's Day was the day we could go in and it was the last day of the promotion. Tyler M. Said he's wait for us, but traffic and the rain didn't allow for us to get there in time so Tyler M. Made sure Jon knew we were on the way. Jon took excellent care of us and explained everything thoroughly to us. I went to this store for a curbside pickup for an Apple Watch. I thought this was going to be an easy process but come to find out nope. The system was down initially what I was told but come to find out there are incompetent employees that did not inventory the watches correctly which caused me using my whole hour of lunch waiting and having to come back so they can resolve. Not only time and gas and my whole lunch break being used I still have to return to this store which I don't live by. Dealing with third party stores please call first because you never know what to expect. Hello: I purchased a Pixel XL from the Gowireless store on Rural & Baseline back in June 2017. I returned the phone about a week later for a full refund. The store took possession of the phone and stated they would ship it to warehouse in Texas. Verizon is now billing me over $650 for that phone because they have no record of it being returned. I have spent 4 hours in that storeover in a period of 5 days over 2 years for 1 transaction that still is not completed correctly. Everytime I call the store or go in person, I am told that the store or manager will call me. I have never received a call from the store or manager. If the store does provide documentation of their complete handling of the phone, I feel that the matter will need to be escalated to appropriate government authorities. read more

My daughter and I were assisted by an amazing representative named Adam when we came in to upgrade my phone earlier this week. He went WAY above and beyond with time, information, and friendliness as he clearly spelled out all options available. We had lots of questions as we originally wanted to buy two phones with an offer from Verizon. Adam was extremely patient in spite of being the only employee on site when we arrived at 4:00. He managed to assist several customers while we were there, without making anyone feel neglected. While we were waiting for data to be transferred to my new phone, we went to a nearby Starbucks to wait. He needed more information, but instead of waiting for us to return he actually jogged across the parking lot and found us (it was closing time so he had locked the store)! Adam also kindly helped another customer who needed to pay his bill with cash just as we were finishing, even though it would mean he had to make an additional deposit at the bank before he could go home. We were beyond impressed with Adam and hope he goes far in his career with Verizon! read more

I bought a new phone at this location and had consistent trouble getting my new phone set up with its cellular. So my car charger broke off in my charging port and I was passing this store and decided to see if there is a warranty and I walked in and I'm guessing the manager (he has a beard) said that it was a cooperate store charger and he said the closest one is Tempe marketplace. I was pretty bummed I did not want to drive over there and he said "hold on" went it he back and got me a brand new car charger and just gave it to me and told me not to worry about it!! Called on Sunday to see if they were open and had the phone my gf and I wanted to buy. the man said yes. Got there and was only one employee woman there. No greeting from her at all. She was dealing with a 3 party and was struggling just to help them out. We waited patiently. She finally spoke to us & asked what phones we wanted to make sure it was in stock. She went into the back and came back and didn't even saying anything assuming I guess they did have it. At one point she walked past us (not saying a word again) and closed the front door because it was propped open. I went out 10 min later to hit my vape and then she came right over and locked me out while my gf was still inside. I then knocked and my gf asked her to unlock it and she acted surprised and said to my gf that she thought i was just some random dude in front of the door? We then sat and waited even longer. After 45 min of waiting she finally called over to us and said that she is having problems with there system and that she can take our names down so we can come first thing tmrw. I asked couldn't she have told us this sooner since she was obviously struggling the entire time. She gave some short remark and we walked out and she immediately locked the door behind us. Then my gf realized she didn't take our names down and she had to knock on the door and the woman just stayed behind the counter 20 feet from the door and said what? My gf told her she didn't take our names and she walked over the door and didn't unlock the door and said what's your name. She didn't write anything down. We just left in frustration. Damian Ovalle and Adrian are outstanding representatives of Verizon! They are very courteous, professional and very very patient!! I had to go in a few times to the store as I changed my mind about the phones I was getting. They couldn't have been nicer. The manager Mr. Sandoval, however, made me very upset. Something went wrong during the transaction and Damian had to call him. Although Damian tried to handle it discretely, Mr. Sandoval was talking SO loudly I could overhear him. I felt as though he was berating Damian. He was talking about customer service and the customer having to come back in the store when a mistake is made. Mr. Sandoval, I will come in 17 times if need be, as long as I get the excellent customer service that these young gentleman give! He patiently answered my questions, sometimes twice, without getting mad or making me feel dumb. He helped me decide I didn't really want what I thought I wanted and found a much better fit for my needs. Plus, I received a lot of promotions and discounts. My husband and I went here to replace two phones that are on a Verizon plan and were up for renewal. When we entered, there were two men working, but they were occupied chatting with two young women sitting at the counter (not customers). It took awhile to get their attention, but one of them finally helped us. He was clearly disappointed when we just wanted to replace them with regular flip phones. He said he'd have to call around to find out whether they could "even get them" for us and took our number. We never heard from him and when we finally called them to see what the status was, they didn't know what we were talking about.
