This location is amazing, and my husband and I will be making it our go-to store if we need anything even though we live in Tempe. Courtney was the rep who took care of us, and that's exactly what she did. She was able to answer all of our questions, and provide us with additional information! Even though Courtney was our main rep the entire staff was friendly. The manager offered us snacks and drinks when we were waiting in line (it was quite a wait, they probably don't hand these out regularly) and I found that to be so thoughtful! Looked up my account and then asked for my ID when I told them it was in the diaper bag and my husband had it with my son at swim class across the street. I showed him a picture of it in my phone. He said he can't help me. Would not go there again. No other t mobile asked me of my ID when I wanted to get my screen replaced after they looked me up with my phone number. read more

I recently switched from AT&T (after 20 years) to T-Mobile. Transferring everything over was easy Peezy, but I realized about a week later my wearable was not working on its own like it should be. In the course of a week and a half I made three phone calls totaling almost 4 hours and they all gave me different direction and then still couldn't fix the problem. That's my last ditch effort. I decided to go into a T-Mobile store even though I thought it was gonna take up a lot of my time. When I went in, they told me they'd be with me shortly. Less than two minutes later Aaiyhona came to see what I needed, got my information, verified. It was actually my account and then what about fixing the problem. It sounded like she had a good idea of what was happening, but then got another employee that seemed to be there much longer just to confirm that she was doing the right thing. Even after getting a second person to verify what she was doing, they still had me taken care of and out of the door in less than 12 minutes. Filed an application trying to get my job back and my daughter back home. The medical people told her I would never come out of the.trying to not get evicted. Hoping to get my job back. I'm not knocking the individual store what I will tell you is the T-Mobile has overbuild me five years ago to the point that I close the account and then purchased a Solex device which was only supported by T-Mobile so I had to go back. I had T-Mobile for two years. I made a change on my account took one line away. The next month, the bill was correct but the month after they charged me the full amount. I called them told them that canceled one line. They said no you just had a credit. Let me tell you that's not a mistake because the very next month after they said they fixed it they build me the same the higher amount. I spoken to Siri and asked if there were any complaints about T-Mobile overcharging and oh my goodness hundreds and hundreds, if not thousands of people are being overcharged so much so that T-Mobile is in a class action lawsuit for overcharging. Did you know once they take that money out of your account you never get it back they will only give you a credit. Needless to say I closed my account. I had a $50 credit and the month has been paid in full. I just got my T-Mobile bill and they charge me $7.67 for who knows what if my bill is paid in full why didn't I get a $50 refund? Well, I haven't received a refund yet but they're telling me only gonna give me $43.30. Another rip off do not do business with companies who intentionally use greed as a source to make more money. As Americans we teach people how to treat us by what we tolerate. Do not tolerate this kind of greed and cancel your account. The customer service is fanstatic. I went to another T-Mobile also on Dobson road, asking to get my microSIM card into a nanoSIM. They didn't have a device to cut it. Fine. I went to this location. They didn't have a device but offered to transfer it into a newer version of the card because now it has the adaptors. Not once, but twice because I have two original Sim card. read more

Took my elderly friend to change over to T-Mobile and had the singularly best customer service experience in memory. Leon worked with my friend who having had a stroke a couple years ago is a bit challenging to assist. Leon was incredibly helpful and the most patient, kind, and considerate sales person I can remember encountering. Absolutely exceptional, above and beyond assistance to ensure my friend had her new phone work for her catering to all of her idiosyncrasies with such respect. My friend reported having had generously helpful assistance from another person here which is why she chose T Mobile. I'm a huge T-Mobile fan. I had previously been with Sprint (for nearly a DECADE), but their customer service went straight down the tubes, forcing me into the arms of another carrier. In the four years since I left Sprint, I've had nothing but great experiences with T-Mobile's customer service. Any time I have a question, comment, or complaint, the customer service representative is always willing to go above and beyond to keep my family happy. My most recent interaction was no different. I had been using an antiquated phone for quite some time. I mean, if you think about it, cell phones are much like new cars in that they're outdated the moment you walk out the door. (To give you an idea of HOW outdated my phone was, Tony, the customer service rep, informed me that there had been FOUR new models of phone released since I got mine.) I had been using this particular phone for 1 year and 11 months...just one month shy of my free upgrade. I thought I'd tempt the fates and see if the T-Mobile gods would shine their countenance upon me and grant me an early upgrade. It couldn't hurt to ask, right? Well, Tony informed me that corporate had taken away the ability for associates to "force" an early upgrade, but he said he'd give it a shot. Long story short, since I was so close to my upgrade anyway, the system let Tony process my early upgrade, putting me behind the driver's seat of an AWESOME new Galaxy S III! The whole process was as smooth as butter...or a butter substitute for you health nuts out there. In the end, my confidence in T-Mobile was galvanized by the fantastic customer service I received at the Dobson Road T-Mobile location. Thank you Tony! read more

I wanted to upgrade 5 lines and get two new Apple Watches. They wouldn't even look at my account as they closed in an hour. I explained I needed to get this done and have been trying to get it done for over a week. By the time my husband walked into the store, Larry the manager was yelling at me and wouldn't let me explain what I was trying to do. My husband was shocked and of course he stopped yelling at me at that point. Needless to say, I called Sprint via phone and they handled it for me. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE... the Manager Larry is extremely racist and will profile you... I went into the store with my brother (24 but young looking African American male) today so he could open a business account with this LLC so help start to build his business credit... my brother had his state ID, EIN and his articles of formation from the Arizona Ecorp website... from the moment we walked in the store we were being watched by Larry... we proceed to discuss the difference in price from online to in store with the rep that was helping us.. and the manager not involved in the sale says "well why didn't you order it online" Jumping in a conversation that he wasn't even apart off.. from there he walks over takes my brothers ID... uses a highlighter on it to make sure it was real several times.. after interrupting the sale proceeds to ask questions we explain we have everything needed to open a account.. from there he tells us we can not open a business account because we do not have the mailed in original articles of formation?? Even though we have the official documents from the Arizona corporation website... mind you Arizona ecorp is a government site that you can pull the official articles off etc.. that is good enough for banks, loans and pretty much everything buisness related.. yet it's not good enough for this Assistent manager at T-Mobile... from there since even with out the buisness we were well qualified to get service my brother decides to move forward get what he was getting and would bring in the extra stuff that he was requiring the next day and the switch it over to a buisness account.. we get all the way through the sale including payment of the items when Larry comes back out of the back and makes my brother take off his mask again to check his ID once again because he said the airline on his ID didn't match his current hair cutt...implying the whole time that my brother even though he has top notch credit and a business that he was buying his items fraudulently... totally ridiculous... mind you while I'm the store there were multiple in there however Larry was focused on the only 2 black men in the store and not Iding or questioning anyone else... this was by far the most degrading experience I've ever had in any store.. if I could give negative stars I would.. Terrible, absolutely terrible, Bought a phone here (seller said we could return it if we don't like it for another phone) and it started glitching every hour they told us they would order a new one with a delivery fee of course, we came to pick it up they said they don't have it, that they ordered the wrong phone by accident. After convincing us to buy and PAY for a whole new phone(because we can't return the other), we receive the phone finally and it has no pen included with the phone! We come to the store for help and this rude employee Stephen tells us They CANNOT do anything to help me, to call this number, or only talk to the manager (normal stuff) asks like there is no problem here and has an attitude. After calling the help line he suggested they tell us that we should go on amazon and buy one! I'm so unimpressed with this store and company. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION. I had called a different T-Mobile location and explained to them that I was traveling out of the country and heard that T-Mobile had a great international plan without a contract. The representative that I spoke to over the phone explained to me that If I could get my current phone plan to unlock my phone, I could purchase one of their plans and use their service overseas, all I had to do was bring my phone into one of their store and get a new sim card and phone number. I was told the process should have taken 15 minutes and after I got back from Europe if I liked their plan I could keep using them or cancel because they are contract free. Well, after AT&T unlocked my phone, I went into THIS T- Mobile, because it was close to where I lived and explained the situation, the gentleman that helped me did not seem to know anything, he kept walking back to the desk in the corner where two employees were standing around a desk where a lady sat, chit chatting, to ask for help. I assumed that the manager was the lady siting down, because he was directing the questions to her and all I could see was her shaking her head no. The gentleman proceeded to explain to me that I was unable to get one of their post paid plans because I only intended to use them for a month and that if I tried to cancel their plan after a month there would be services fee for canceling, but when I told him I thought T-Mobile had no contacts, he said "yes we don't but if you get our post paid plan you are entering a contract saying you will keep us for long term" I raised the question again about what contact? and what If someone wanted to try T-Mobile and didn't like it? (The whole time this was going on the manager was sitting at her desk chit chatting with the other employee with an occasional glace over ) The gentle man then tried to offer me a pre paid plan, but that did not include any international services, which defeats the purpose for my visit there. After a few minutes of going around in circles about the logic of a no contract plan, I left. I was hoping the manager would have got up from her desk and done her job, seeing as her employee was having difficulty explaining their products, she should have stepped in and helped him out. They just missed out on an opportunity to capture a new client, who knows, I might have loved their plan when I was in Europe and ended up cancelling my current phone plan and switch to them. read more
