Me and my mom came here a month ago to get our phones fixed. The guy who fixed our phones said it was a 1 year warranty on the screens. He (farid) was acting quite suspicious when he was about to fix our screens. My mom got her phone back, and she said it was glitchy, he said "do you want me to put the broken one back on?" Very rudely. Fast forward today, my mom dropped her phone a foot off the ground and the screen went black, screen wasn't cracked. He told us there was a 1 year warranty on both of our screens. We came back today and he told us there was no 1 year warranty and was extremely rude. Dont come here, there's other places with better prices and non sketchy workers. Very unsatisfied. I brought my phone here for a screen repair, and the screen was already lifting when I picked it up. They did a poor job the first time, so I went back, and the repair still wasn't done right. They refused to fix it under their warranty, and now I'm left with a phone at risk for more damage because of their poor workmanship. Worst place ever the sales guy Farid lied lied and lied some more to sell me. $679 Samsung A series that ended up being a 2022 and not charging properly. Before the sale I asked him if I could bring the phone back and return it if I wasn't satisfied with the performance and Farid lied and said yes with a straight face. Two days later when I realized I couldn't connect the war buds because they also were not charging the same guy Farid said he could not return my money back because the phone not charging properly is not a valid reason for return and their policy is they don't give refunds. I showed him the receipt he gave me which clearly stated refund for phones within two weeks and a $75 dollar restock fee. Run from this store they are DEFINITELY DECEPTIVE AND WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WORD OR PRODUCT. Farid did call the store owner who refused to talk with me and Farid refused to give me the name of the franchise owner so I could legally dispute them. These people are disgusting lairs and horrible people. read more

Payed 220 to get my screen repaired on my iPhone , a few days later the screen cracked and my phone goes all black , they put some cheap ass screens that break so easily and overcharge so much for it , also they had said my phone would be done in 48 hours and took a whole week to get fixed. , don't waste your money here. read more

Went To Buy A Block For My Charger Cord, Didn't Work Went To Go Get Refund Was Told None Can Be Given On Accessories NOT HAPPY!!!!

Dont shop at this store. Very unprofessional staff with zero customer service skills. I bought a charger for my cell phone, but didnt need it and returned to the store, less than 20 minutes later, with the un-used charger, still in its unopened box along with my receipt, only to be told there are no refunds on accessories. Nowhere in the store is this posted, I asked the girl behind the counter to show me where it says that.... Or how would I know that? The girl behind the counter says "it's on the receipt". It is not. The little credit card receipt I was given, didnt say anything about returns. The girl and another female employee had a short conversation in a language other than English after which I thought she was accessing my transaction in their computer to process the refund. But no such customer service at this business. Instead she printed a document, retrieved it from a back office and showed me where it says "no refunds on accessories". The receipt that I received said nothing about returns, and the document she printed was never provided to me, or even shown to me, until I tried to return the unopened, unused, over-priced charger. Bottom line: DONT DO BUSINESS WITH WIRELESS TOYZ. read more

Then why do 2 phones take 3 hours. I drove down the street to another store. I'm not one to leave a negative review. BUT DAMN. Erick did help me the most and also ruined my phone. Took my screen to get replaced, IPhone 7 red. Cost $100. Average. said come back in an hour everything was good it was done a little early. But when I got it 2 things were wrong. My touch was a off (I would touch it in one place but it recognized it in another spot, or it would sense a touch without me even holding my phone) I got locked out of my phone for 1 hour without even touching my efffinng screen. PLUS my phone calls wouldn't work. They couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear them. Never had these issues prior to taking it there. So after 3-5 days I I took it back. Told them the issues and right away he staarted saying it was just my phone Apple sucks. trusted he would fix it this time. Only to get it back worse again. Same issues just that the touch was way worse. He ordered a part for my phone to fix the speaker aspect said it would arrive in 5 business days. TOOK 2 WEEKS. Once I went the 3rd time thinking this new part has to work dropped my phone off he said an hour I can back in about an hour and 15 still wasn't done. Needed another 30 mins. Finally when I got my phone. IT DIDNT WORK. same 2 issues and now my home button doesn't work. So he tried selling me a new phone saying he'd give me a great deal. If I could give no stars to this company I would. I bought a phone from them and explained that there was the potential that I would be returning the phone and was told that it would be no problem as long as the phone was returned within 72 hours. I returned the next day and was told I would only receive in store credit. the associate claims to have told me this but he never did and what more, the manager lied and said he heard him say it although he was helping another customer a little ways away.
