About a week later the phone started having issues it got a random line in the middle of the screen, starting glitching all the time, the volume would randomly go down even tho it was at full volume!!! On 3/29/23 I reached out to several places because I needed a screen replaced on a Nintendo Switch that had been dropped and screen had gone black. The Nintendo would turn on, sound worked, touch screen worked, and it worked while being docked. It only needed the LCD replaced. I decided on this place specifically because they said it would be ready in 3-5 days. Other places confirmed with me that they didn't have the screen in stock so it would take a bit longer to order. After dropping off the switch on a Friday they confirmed it would be ready by Tuesday and the nice guy at the front said I would be receiving a call that day or the following Monday to confirm it was the screen and give me the price. I had not heard from them at all and the times I would call to ask for an updates I was told it was being worked on and they would call me that day but no one would call. Tuesday afternoon I called for an update and a very rude guy says the switch can't be fixed with no explanation and I should pick it up. When I showed up I am handed the switch and told they couldn't fix it because it was the motherboard and I didn't owe them anything? I'm sorry but what? The switch would turn on and could be docked! Took the switch elsewhere and it was ready in one day but they let me know they had damaged one of rails where the joycon would attach and it wouldn't charge the joycon which had to now be replaced. They didn't fix my device and they actually broke my device. read more

VERY un-professional had the lady in front of me saying her bank info out loud including routing numbers . I asked if they could fix my phone he said yes but they didn't have the part that it would take 3-5 days and then went on about me leaving my phone there n asking for my passcode (needed a new battery ) so he didn't need my passcode & they didn't even have the part there so why leave my cellphone there ?! Super easy to schedule, wonderful friendly staff, very very quick. My phone's battery couldn't hold a charge for even a day. If I left it unplugged at night, it would be fully dead by morning even on low power mode. Contacted T&E to get a new battery by scheduling through their website. They put there prices there so there were no surprises. They even returned my phone to me clean (like they got rid of all that dust and stuff that gets in the charging ports)!!
