This spot became my Verizon "home" when I switched providers. First time, a friendly girl assisted, but she's MIA now, anywayyy... my recent visit wasn't stellar! Visit 1- Natasha assisted me and fixed my SIM card glitch. I left knowing she'd be my go-to here! Visit 2- Natasha helped again, selling us iPhone 15 Max and a WiFi trial. She explained that we had 30 days to try it out and if it didn't work out, all we had to do was bring her back the box and she would take care of it. I asked several times if we would owe anything if we didn't like it and she assured me that we wouldn't! She made it sound like a breeze, so we gave it a shot! Visit 3- Wifi trial flopped so I went to return it back to the store as previously directed and a nice salesman explained that I had to call customer service and cancel it and wait for a box to ship it to them.. a completely different process than I was told...irritated by this, I explain to him what I was originally told and how annoying it was to be mislead. Natasha interrupted and told me the guy was right, if i wanted to wait for her, it would be 20 minutes or she would call me tomorrow...NEVER received a call.... I am not upset by the extra steps..but it would have been nice to just be told the actual process in the beginning and guess what? There is a fee that is added to your bill that I was never was told about even after asking if there was any fees.. I get these people are salesmen but surprise fees and a lack of transparency now have me contemplating a network switch. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. This is an authorized retailer, NOT an actual Verizon store. Go to the actual Verizon store at 670 N 54th Street in Chandler. Cellular Sales is a joke and Verizon will not back anything that happens at this store. See my experience below. To clarify - this review is for the company (Cellular Sales), not the store employees. The employees here have always been helpful. However based on a recent ordeal with Cellular Sales, I am skeptical of any deal they offer here and their poor business practice. Last year I had gone into the store with someone in my family who was buying a new phone because we had heard about a deal going on at the time where if you bought a new iPhone, you could get a free watch, iPad, etc. with the phone (my family is on a family plan). After talking with the sales guy at the time and confirming multiple times there were no hidden fees or tricks (I would never have gotten the Apple watch if it wasn't free but figured I would try it out if it was truly free), I went home with a new Apple watch. Well many months later when I was checking my statement, I noticed they had been charging me the equipment charge for the watch (total of $300). After calling and going into the store, it was determined that the sales guy who sold this to us no longer worked there and unfortunately I didn't notice any equipment charges were being made since I just assumed they were the charge for service. But the employees at the store were still very helpful and ended up opening up a case number with Cellular Sales for the issue. Well I get a call from Cellular Sales and I explain the situation over the course of at least 20 minutes. They say they will review and call me back. When they call me back after a few days, they say they will NOT cover the equipment charge because there is no proof that this deal was offered to me and asked ME to provide text messages or some proof that I had been offered this deal which is now over a year ago... Are you kidding me? Why would I have text messages from the sales guy? And you are asking your customer to document your sales agreements? And you aren't going to back your employees' actions even if they don't work there anymore? My family has been customers for over 30 years. I understand if I'm a new customer trying to pull a fast one, but we have been a customer for years and continually go to this store. Now I have no interest in doing any business with this store if they can't 1) track the deals they are offering to people and 2) back up what their employees are selling people. read more

Bought a new phone at best buy, cuz I was shopping there. I didnt want to get their warranty, wanted a Verizon warranty instead, they have better coverage for the phones. Called to see if they could help me with that since the main customer service line stated they were closed. Adam was happy to help!! It didnt go through the 1st time, tried a few diff things, it still didnt work. We were leaving actually in the car, pulling out. He came running out to let us know he was trying 1 other thing, and he would give me a thumbs up in about 30 secs if it went thru, it did. I made a huge move with my families cellular service by leaving Sprint, who we'd been with for well over 15 years and jumping to Verizon. The whole transition was made possible by the step by step help I recieved from Jacob Cruz my Verizon sales rep. He explained the entire process and what my costs would be while performing all 4 cell phone cut-overs. He came in on his day off to assist my son who was traveling, great customer service! I'm extremely happy with the Verizon network and the coverage. Not a good experience, whatsoever. Went to upgrade my phone last Thursday to get the new iPhone pro max, so excited to finally treat myself to a new phone. Well they didn't have them in stock so I ordered one no biggie told it would be here Monday an they would give a call when it got here. Well I never got a call it being Tuesday I called they said the phone was delivered yesterday strike 1 never got a phone call. So I get off early to go pick it up then when I get there the lady that sold it to me is on vacation only she can sell it to me strike 2. Then they tell me I'm not an authorized user so called the person who owns the phone lines, they tell her that she can call an add me but they can't let me leave with the phone without her. So I had to leave without the phone, why was I able to order the phone but can't pick it up, they said it was a employee error, so at this point it's your fault not mine make the customer happy # 1 rule in customer service. Very disappointed in Verizon right now, should have made it right on the spot read more

The customer service at Verizon has completely changed over the years...Everything is online and if you want to talk to anyone you have to make an appointment. They make it sound like going online is no big deal/ but they make everything online so complicated! It's terrible!...I have called the customer service number/ I sat for hours on there in January!! It was awful!! And they weren't any more knowledgeable than the people in the stores...I'm convinced that Verizon is all about hiring just a warm body - with no brains!! I normally don't go into any phone store my daughter and mother do and I wait outside for them to come out with their hair on fire I had to go in after all these years and my daughter highly recommended this location. This Verizon location has one dishonest employee and I recommend you avoid him. His name is Jose. I went in to change my plan and Jose up-sold me a Hum device. Not just once but twice, I asked him if there was an associated contract and he said "no" both times. So, on the next monthly bill, I find out that he had me sign a contract for the device and then it was too late to cancel. My bad but I didn't think I was signing a contract. Long story short, I had to pay $110 dollars to cancel the contract. I will say that the other three staff I talked with at this store were very nice. I will certainly avoid Jose in the future and recommend you do also. read more

We received excellent from Nicolas! We needed to replace a damaged phone for my boyfriend. He took the time to show and recommend different models and explained the features and pricing. Nicolas transferred the contacts to the new phone as well. He did everything he could do to save us money and found a better plan. He even offered me a deal to upgrade my phone, although I was not ready to upgrade. I will most definitely visit Nicolas when it comes time to upgrade.
