I went in to this location and was met by a man named Ray that was so unbelievably hostile. I felt very threatened by his aggressive behavior. He used foul language and kicked me out of the store because I told him not to hang up on the AT&T rep that was actually try g to help me on the phone. This place is TERRIBLE. 1. The sales rep RAE was who helped me this afternoon. I came in and asked her if there were any deals on phones and she said there was a BOGO deal for iPhones going on. The entire time she was trying to figure out if I qualified and took her about 40 minutes to. She DID NOT NOTIFY me of the clause on that deal until I ran the numbers myself .. and that was that I needed to get a new line. I was about to purchase the phones and I had to stop her myself before I was scammed into buying a new line. I notified her and told her she did not include this information to me and I asked to speak to the manager, she told the manager that I heard of this BOGO deal from a different store without the additional line clause and LIED about the situation. I told him she did not at all inform me and I was about to get a new line without knowing so. 2. I ended up purchasing the two phones and RAE was very dismissive, not paying attention to me or making eye contact. She took a LONG TIME IN the back for absolutely no reason, or it may have been to keep her composure.she came out and said "hey Al phones are now coming with accessories so go head and choose the ones you want" I did just that and after a while, because of that incident and she finished scanning those accessories in I asked her if they were free, and she said they were today but I would pay them on my monthly payment plan. I WAS SO UPSET because once again they tried to lie to me or scam me without even being full front honest. I told her to get her manager again, he came out and I expressed my concern. He told me that all phones are being charged with accessories and if I don't get the two phones with accessories then I would have to do to the BOGO deal which makes no sense at all. I left the store very upset, the team there was not being cooperative and fully intended to scam me. I called another T-mobile and they said that was not the case . The accessories are NOT required for a phone purchase that they did scam me, just to make a sale . The management there did not do a great job with attending to me after RAE. had done nothing but be dishonest. The entire team needs to be replaced. Had a great experience! I was helped by Angelica who was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, kind, professional, and solved all the issues I had within a decent time frame. She got me connected with products I needed and some I didn't know I needed until I got there. It is customer service reps like Angelica that keep me at T-Mobile. So let's be frank here, I used to be part of the in-laws' family T-Mobile plan but the new sparkly thing called Google Fi caught my eye (I mean, roaming, for free? With a bunch of deals on the Pixel? Yes?). So I strayed and signed up with Google Fi for half a year. While cool when traveling, it was a pain in the butt at home and well, I regretted leaving T-Mobile. Fast forward to now, I wanted to switch back to T-Mobile. As anyone switching carriers would know, they don't make it easy. I mean the carrier you're leaving, that is. And Google Fi was no different. Thankfully, the crew at this local T-Mobile was knowledgeable and honestly, they made it painless. Google Fi didn't, but that's no fault of theirs. Service at this T-Mobile was friendly, fast, efficient without pushing more services on me, and honestly, I left a happy camper, with my number transferred over and better coverage than I did with Fi. Definitely making this my go-to T-Mobile if I ever need anything done to my cell service. read more

This place screwed us out of our promotions. Our associate was angelica. She was only focused on making a sale. She failed to mention T-Mobile has a cap on the financing. So if you intend on bringing a family over, DON'T! The associate was only concerned about making the commission. I then spoke with will, the store "manager". He said he would look into things. He never did. Each time I got a hold of him, he was at the bar and couldn't help. He would say he forgot to get back to me and would again look into things. Don't go here. We came for a new phone and ended up leaving with two new Apple watches in addition. Buy one get on half off? We couldn't pass the deal up and we were both in need of new watches. Employee was nice, but definitely not helpful. I bought my phone less than 1 year ago, a Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Apparently he said they aren't selling it anymore so I am out of luck on replacing my screen protector. The entire store stunk of marijuana so bad I almost got a contact high (ok not really- but you get the Idea, it was bad.) I left and called customer service only to find out that the employee COULD have ordered me a protector, but i cannot order over the phone. So, I would literally have to go BACK to the store and instruct the employee how to get me a screen protector for my phone. I'll take my chances at another location. read more

Went in to cancel 2 lines and buy myself a new phone and Sammie was great, but the manager Jordan was a piece of work. Originally I had 3 lines, home internet, and a tablet line. My roommate and I switched from Verizon a few months ago and only needed 2 phone lines and the tablet line, and we got a 3rd phone line for free, cool, no complaints. We only moved the tablet line cause we didn't want it to be stuck at Verizon and they wouldn't let us cancel it. We were originally told we had to wait 30 days before we could cancel, so no biggie, we waited until yesterday. Now fast forward to yesterday, my roommate has ported back to Verizon, so I decide to go in to cancel the other phone line and the tablet because without the 3rd line, I was essentially paying for a line I did not need and a tablet that we don't use. Sammie let me know that id have to call customer care so I said I'll do it when I get home, but then Jordan calls her over and tells her to "move some things around and change my plan so I can get a promotion" cause it would only raise my bill 20 bucks! I tell him no because my plan is to cancel the remaining line on my account, cancel the iPad line, and buy myself a new phone because I'd save 85 bucks from cancelling the lines and adding a phone would only add 40 bucks, so all in all I save 40 dollars a month and leave with a new phone. Jordan starts lying and saying it would be cheaper to keep all the lines because I'll get charged "60-70 bucks in cancellation fees per line" I told him if there is such a fee I'd rather pay that once than pay for lines I don't need every month. After I pulled up out a calculator and did the math for him, he gave up and went in the back. After Jordan the Scammer left I actually had a really pleasant experience and Sammie helped me pick out my new phone! If you don't have patience for games and sales tactics go to a corporate T-Mobile store, not this 3rd party. If you don't care or have no choice, make sure Jordan stays far away from your bill. read more

WORST Experience EVERRRR!! Do not EVER recommend going to the Priest and Elliot location. It is a TPR (Third Party) store and they do not run a store -- This store is more like a Scam store. Many of the actual T-Mobile stores are dealing with angry customers and correcting / taking proper measures to reverse their actions. I spoke with many representatives throughout this experience, which were appalled by the actions and the extent they went through to give me a run around. Situation: Assurant sent a defective phone (It constantly restarted itself and the screen would appear black w/ red and blue lines only to shut down and then restart minutes later) and they said the ONLY thing I could do with the defective phone was to Upgrade. I have insurance on my phones and paid a deductible for a defective phone -- I asked them about getting a refund and they said that is something I would have to call Assurant about. I called Assurant and they stated that they are unable to do anything as the phone was not broken or stolen and directed me to Customer Support. Customer Support asked why I upgraded when the defective phone is STILL under warranty. I stated that I was never given that option and they were very apologetic. Customer Support put in a warranty exchange and stated that I could easily return everything back with a full refund at the store I originally got the upgrade from. Spoke with an actual corporate T-Mobile store and they backed up Customer Support statements as well and they would be able to waive the restocking fee as they originally lied to me. The corporate store also revealed that the TPR store put digit lines on my account, which I never authorized, yes this was an additional charge I was never told about either. When the warranty exchange phone came in, I went back to the original store to return the unnecessary Upgrade and they refused to refund the whole amount saying that they would still have to charge a $50 restocking -- I even tried settling for a $50 credit on my account to go towards next month's bill. He stated that there is nothing that he can do because he would personally have to waive and pay $50 himself out of his own pocket if he did so - I questioned this as that's not usually how a store is ran (Corporate store said this was bogus and it would just come out of the store's profits for the day). Yes, I was speaking with the Manager. I told him that Customer support and other T-Mobile stores stated the fee can be waived and he said if customer support stated so he could make a note. I got Customer Support on the line while I was with the Manager and they said if they wrote a memo on my account then they would be able to accredit my account -- the Manager refused and said the only thing he is willing to write is that I brought the phone back in perfect condition and he will not waive the restocking fee. He continued to repeat himself that there's nothing that he can do. He sounded like a broken record. They LIED about everything (F.Y.I. watch everything that they tell you if you go to this store). FACT is that the defective phone was still under warranty and the Upgrade was unnecessary. They had to upgrade me into an iPhone 8 and HAD to provide me with an accessory bundle. Still things I did not need. They messed up my account adding digit lines (extra charges) that I never authorized -- I did ask to have them removed when I tried returning the upgraded phone but he refused to do so. I only came into the store to correct the defective phone that was sent to me -- they lied to me, altered my account without authorization, and refused to take corrective action for their fault. P.S. All happened in Less Than A Week!! P.S.S. This will be published on multiple sites. (Copy & Paste) - All details are important! {Before I begin, yes, this is a cut and paste from my Google Review for the same experience.} I went to this store (Priest & Elliot) twice today. Once in the early afternoon to upgrade my phone, and again, a few hours later, to make some returns. The girl who helped me both times, Alexis, was extremely helpful the first time; however, the next time, it took at least 25-30 minutes (No, I am not exaggerating) to return 5 items. On top of that, it was a very uncomfortable experience. She remembered me from earlier, and asked why I was returning my items. I explained to her that I found out -After discussing the situation with a different associate at a separate store, as well as a phone call to T-Mobile itself- she had left out information regarding the fact that my payment plan would increase $12-13/month instead of the $2/month she had originally stated, due to the purchases she encouraged me to make. She told me that my information was incorrect, and continued to proceed to explain why, even after I told her I still was not interested in purchases anymore. I felt disrespected, and put in a pretty awkward position, so I said no more. At that point, I could sense and see her annoyance about losing a part of her sale, not the fact that I was a customer and still appreciated the assistance with my new phone from earlier that day. She then went to look up my account to attend to the refund. About 3-5 attempts later (Even changing to a different computer. So, yes, there was effort made), she stated that she couldn't find me in their system, and would need a manager. However, the manager was currently helping another associate with a different customer who was also having issues with this store. When the manager was finally able to take a flustered minute to see what Alexis needed, her response, in front of me, was "A return." complete with an attitude, sigh, and rolled eyes. Yet another uncomfortable moment for me as a customer there. After quite a few more minutes went by, Alexis must have figured out how to not need managerial assistance, because she turned to her screen and started typing. Then, without explaining how she got through, proceeded with the refund. I was so grateful to leave this store, and, if I can help it, I would never go back to that location again. read more

I went down to the T-mobile store to purchase a new phone. McKayla helped me with with my purchase. I made it clear that I did not want insurance on my phone. After I got my first bill, I noticed that she not only signed me up for insurance, but I was also charged for an Apple Watch line when I never purchased an Apple Watch. I had to call customer service multiple times in order to get those charges reversed. Either very careless or trying to get one over on me...not sure which one, but I am very disappointed. read more

STAY AWAY! Switched from Verizon more than two months ago and still going back and forth between customer service and the store. the manager messed up my account and lied about the promotions available. she is very incompetent! She has offered to pay my ETF for my tablet, gave them the tablet and the line, she added a tablet line on my account and didn't tell me and she didn't even give me a tablet replacement. Then, I waited for my 175 ETF for the line, that she never processed it, when I went to the store again! she called customer service and had them add the 100 and said they will process the 75 in a week, its been 10 days, nothing added to my account and called customer service AGAIN and they said I don't qualify for it. they also said the promotion she told me ill get which is 150 for switching at that time and 600 for ETF with Verizon for my device, ill get both of them. The representative from the Rebate department stated that I can get one not both! and why would I get the 150 instead of the 600??? who would that? so now, the 150 was processed already and they cant cancel it and I wont get the 600 to pay Verizon for the ETF! that's how incompetent she is, untrained and just winging managing that store! and who has to pay for her mess? the customer. So, I will be moving forward with legal action. the amount of time I spent on this, is ridiculous. I won't go there again even though it is 1 mile away from me, I have driven there so many times that it doesn't even matter how close or convenient the location is. They made conversation with me, were fast and thorough, answered my questions, and the friendly man helping me even gifted me a tool to remove my SIM card.
