I went to T-Mobile, Experience Store, located in 3100 w Chandler Blvd. I had a pleasant experience here.Anna S was very helpful,friendly,knowledgable and terrific。 She changed my sim card & reset within 30 minutes。 Also, she found out that there are mistake of my billing, so she adjusted on the system & told me a corrected bill will be email to me some days later。 The Store Manager should be proud to have her as team member。 read more

WORST T-MOBILE LOCATION EVER!!!!! I'm a very reasonable person but I've been dealing with this place for a MONTH. The store is supposed to give me a credit for some devices that I've returned, but the manager is the only one allowed to do this (per customer support.) Yet this manager is magically never there, even when I call day after day after day. Customer Support has notified him multiple times to contact me and do I get a call to resolve the issue? NOPE T-Mobile Customer Support is GREAT, but this specific store is easily THE WORST STORE I HAVE DEALT WITH. Go to any other store and save yourself from this train wreck. read more

I rarely post negative reviews. I went in to find out why cellular wasn't working on my new phone. This associate told me the the sim card has to be added to my phone number and instead of fixing it for me, he sent me to the T-Mobile store at Chandler mall. He said that he didn't have the Sprint billing system. The associates at the mall told me that all T-Mobile stores are required to have that equipment to not inconvenience the customer. Please avoid this store and go to the mall! I had a better experience there. read more

I got a bogo offer ( was charged full price for both) and another "free" phone (also was charged full price.) what should have cost $670 I was charged $1642 and must wait two months for a cretic. Shady business model in my estimation. Also guess how many lines I was charged for... ? just guess. Five, yes five lines for three phones. They also signed me up for the wrong plan. I returned the "free" phone they billed me $180 for and have spoken to a "t-Mobil expert" six times now. It is a till not resolved. They said in two months I'll get a credit. I regret going here. Time sink to fix their mistakes costing custom precious hours of their time. If I stay and it is resolved I will update this. I'm strongly inclined to take my business elsewhere. This location sucks! We went in to do a phone transfer from our old phones to our new iPhone 14's that we bought from T-Mobile. The associate that we talked to said it would be a 2 hour wait minimum before he could help us (there was only 1 other customer in the store) and he said we would have to have some kind of passwords that we didn't have. We went to another location that was busy yet they began helping us immediately and we didn't need any passwords. Clearly this first associate wasn't interested in helping us. read more

If you want to be ignored and waste 25 min of your life without even being acknowledged when you enter a store then this is your place. There was one person helping one person and couldn't be bothered to look my way when I entered and said hello. I could hear voices in the back room but they must have been in training to not help potential customers. Not to worry I'll never set foot in that location and will go to a different outlet to switch our family plan. read more

We needed a new phone for my 11 year old daughter and were helped by Korbin. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all of our questions, did not try and upsell us, and took care of transferring all of my daughter's information to her new phone. read more

I would not recommend this location! I went in to buy a new phone and I asked the employee a couple times about updating my information and he said he already did. The employee ended up making a mistake on my documents and did not update my information like I asked him to. When I called to fix the mistake he made, he said there was nothing he could do and I would have to cancel my entire purchase. My credit card was already charged for the purchase and the phone is being shipped to an incorrect address. Do not go to this location!! They are not knowledgeable about what they are doing. read more

My husband and I came in with some issues on our bill. We had worked with another store prior that had many shady sales people and they put fees in our bill. We worked with Erin when we came in. He was super friendly and worked with us for almost an hour to ensure that our bill was correct and we understood it. He made all of the phone calls to make sure that we have the correct plan and we are getting charged the correct amount. I would highly recommend this store and Erin to anyone that uses or wants T-Mobile. read more

I mean.. Whatever to my experience today. We worked with a guy named Rhain. My phone's screen pretty much went completely out so I needed a new phone. I ended up paying a lot more than what I had planned but that's what happens with cell phone companies right? Rhain was nice. Nothing to do a backflip over but he got the job done. One thing that flared up my OCD: he put my screen protector on and left a bubble w a little speck of white dust particle under it.. It's so annoying but let him tell it "it'll work itself out". If anyone knows how please comment and let me know as that makes no sense to me & I feel like he was just trying to get me out of there & cover up his mistake. He refused to exchange out the cover as well. All in all I'm happy with my 6s plus but the 5 star rating stuff for this establishment is for the birds. (That's what attracted me to this place) . I wanted to port my old phone number over to a pre-paid account, but the website was so buggy I couldn't get it to work. So I visited this TMobile store. Erin and Edelia were both extremely helpful and patient as they called the service department which switched to a different department and then another department and so on. I had to make 2 visits a week apart but was treated pleasantly on both visits. Thanks Erin and Edelia! read more

Starting with Kaleb (sales associate) it goes all the way to the manager Fernando (store manager), this is by far the worst store I have ever seen. Would not recommend this place to ANYONE. It was a week before Christmas and I was trying to get a specific phone for my daughter as a gift and he went above and beyond in helping me get it as quickly as possible (had to be ordered online and delivered to my home - but it made it on time!).
