    Juan, my cell rep lied to me. When I first arrived to AT&T, my bill was $259 a month and I was paying $25 an additional for insurance that wasn't that I didn't need a month that I paid for eight months. AT&T has a good way of having you come back was my internet plan expired. And that's how I ended up coming to AT&T. And so Juan lied to me and told me that he can get it down to $212 and he'll take away the $25 a month insurance plan. I ended up getting a brand new iPhone and laptop. I had to get the accessories cost me $300. I was told , if I pay off the accessories it will go down to $212. The following bill was for $300. I assume that would pay a good chunk of the accessory that I owe. I ended up paying $256 to pay off the accessories. the following month my bill, which I thought it was gonna be $212 turned out to be $255 Here is where lied to me AGAIN. He told me that I should've came back within 15 days to have the insurance taken off of my account that's why I got charged $255 again. so in about two months I ended up paying $816 to P.O.S. Now I gotta wait till next month to see if my bill is $212.

    There's a sign on the door that says "we'll return in 20 min" and the doors locked. It's 3 in the afternoon on a Wednesday like wdym. Also there's ppl in there just on their phones while customers are waiting outside for service. The service was horrible, the employees were rude and not helpful. I literally came to get a new screen protector and the last time I was here the guy told me that the protector I got, is free to replace but I guess that's not the case. Why did he lie? Idk either, I think this company needs help bc every location I go to no one knows what's going on and the employees seem to not care about actually helping people. I think that the employee on shift just left with his girlfriend bc he said he was the only one on but there's a random girl that was in there with him. While everyone else was locked out lol btw he was short and had dark hair

Unfortunately, the port did not work because my old carrier AT&T had not unlocked my number. I was charged $87 up front, never signed anything, never told anything other than how much the service would save me, was never told the process could fail or that they would be pocketing my payment if they could not get my phone to work. Then I ended up with my phone having no working service and they could not reverse it. Fortunately AT&T was very professional and reversed the port to get my service restored (took a couple hours). But Cricket would not refund my payment, none of it - Never was I warned that my payment was non-refundable if they could not port my phone! Never was I warned the port could fail. Cricket customer service refused to help saying that the fine print on their web site allowed them to keep any payments under any circumstances. Do not make the mistake I made trusting Cricket.Get all details up front and expect to put your payments at risk. Pay with credit card. I let my guard down thinking Cricket was reputable. Alam, assisted me with exchanging my phone case that I bought a few days ago, because I've decided to get a different phone. He was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable that I just have to have him put a new screen glass protector cover on my phone. It literally took him like 3 minutes. It is the Kiosk, 2nd Floor, Chandler Fashion Mall, right outside Barnes and Noble and the kids play area. Please see my review below. Run from this place if you want your phone to function after "repair"! I took my phone here on a whim while shopping at Chandler Fashion at the end of May 2021. My screen had a spiderweb crack for over a year since pre-COVID, but still functioned perfectly otherwise but I took it to get fixed because I wanted to sell/trade it in crack-free. The progression is that this place completely broke my phone's screen/LCD and made it worse after several visits because they never put the screen on properly, blamed me, and said their "warranty" wouldn't cover it. Over several visits we only saw and dealt with a young, short, brown skinned guy with close cut hair and his taller older brother (ponytail). See below for details of this telenovela from hell if needed. 1. Within TWO days of them replacing the screen, the phone had a fingernail size crack in the corner right under where the Spigen case met the top portion of the screen. This made no sense as this part was protected by the case and I hadn't dropped it. In addition, I noticed they broke my phone's speaker because I could not listen to voicemails, videos, or talk on speakerphone. I took it back due to their "warranty". "Okay, younger brother calls older brother, we will order a speaker and call you in a few days, and give you a screen cover, but we can't fix the cracked screen because you probably dropped it". At this point, annoying, but I cannot prove otherwise. 2. We call them, take the phone back to find out they ordered the wrong speaker. Younger brother calls older brother, they say come back in a few days. Mind you, we don't live across the street from this mall. 3. Bring the phone back again on an evening after work, they fix the speaker, they "do me a favor" and put their protective screen cover on it. Thanks, appreciate the cover, it literally just slid off after 1 day as it was not the right size, whatever. The next day, I notice that the screen is kind of springy when you scroll, however, I'm thinking I'm never dealing with this place again, and not taking another trip to the mall, I can live with this until I upgrade soon. Silly me! 4. Within a few days, the screen is feeling more springy (it is moving up and down while touching which it shouldn't be) so I remove the Spigen case to look at it. The phone immediately started blinking, and turned yellow and black from the pressure from removing the Spigen case!!! The LCD is ruined?! I scroll my finger from top to bottom and notice the screen at this point is as bouncy as a swimming pool diving board and must've been getting looser the more time that went by. Apparently the only thing holding it together to function okay this long was my cell phone case?! I'm also convinced this is why the new screen cracked in two days because it was not secured and constantly moving against the edge of the Spigen case. 5. I take it back again that same day, at this point I just want my money back, the phone that was working for over a year w a cracked screen, now has an 100% loose and unreadable screen and I can see the damaged LCD below. The older brother is there now, and says he remembers me; again he's "going to do me a favor" (repeats this several times) and fix the phone, come back at 1. Still being cordial, I tell him I'm not sure how this is a favor though because they told me it's under warranty, and I haven't done anything wrong to the phone, it was working fine before I took it to them. He laughs and tells me he's doing this favor because he gets paid regardless, so he doesn't care what happens, and if I were to tell the company this, they will not do anything to help me so he's trying to help me out. I'm in disbelief like, dude, this is a lot of talking, accusing, and excuses, I don't care how you get paid, or want to talk about it a lot after the 4th attempt at fixing it, I just want my phone to work the same way it did before I paid you to fix it. Omg! He then said the screen would not be the way it is, if I hadn't dropped it or done something to it, or it's the case that I have (proceeded to inspect the Spigen case like it is an alien from outer space). Then he says it is not their fault because something happened to the glue holding the screen on and that's usually from dropping the phone. Lol, wwwhhhaattt??!!! But he'll do the favor, come back at 1. 6. Return to pick up the phone this evening and they are unable to fix it and must dispute with bank. So now I am out of $200 without a cellphone. Complete frauds!!!

Most of the staff at this location are genuinely friendly and make the whole "new phone" process way less painful than it needs to be. That said, there is one employee who seems allergic to customer service. Not a deal-breaker, just noticeable. Luckily, the rest of the team balances it out, so I'll probably keep coming back whenever I need a new device. Good store overall, just tighten up the vibes a little.

We went in on the 27th of June to inquire about their "free" iPad deal with additional line. Let me say that 3 different workers that in the same area as us told us, "someone will be right with you" while 2 of those workers were literally doing nothing but left us standing there. We actually left after several minutes and were going to say screw it until one of the workers came outside and said, "I was just getting ready to help you" That was Cody. BTW, we were just there a few months ago and purchased 3 new iPhones and activated 2 additional lines. Anyway, we were told on the 27th that we needed to activate yet ANOTHER phone line in order to get the iPad for "free" even though the iPad has its own cellular line. Ok we got you, we were actually thinking about another phone and line for a business phone so ok let's do it. We go through everything and agree to the new phone and iPad and new lines of service but we were told the iPad needed to be ordered (because we upgraded the size and color) and it would be in in a week and we could not pay for it yet. So the iPad shows up and we get a call to go in and when we get there, the promo had changed so we now had to pay a small monthly fee for the iPad. Wait, we set all this up on the 27th of June. So you're not going to honor the deal we made BEFORE the promo changed? WOW, that doesn't sound like a bait and switch now does it! We said screw it and left without anything just on principle alone, I mean the 5 bucks a month is only like $180 but we should not have to pay that! We placed the order prior to the promo change! We went ahead and went back because we needed the product and don't feel like changing service right now. So we got the iPad and the additional phone and phone line. We are going to be getting charged that extra 5 bucks but I'm going to contact customer service to try and get that fixed and will update once I do. Now the other thing is that Cody also upsold us on getting a service pack which included MAX and Netflix added to our already service of Disney+, HULU+, and ESPN+ which already did not work. He told us he would go in and get those three working and also make sure the two new ones would work so I could cancel my stand alone services I already have to save me money since getting all 5 through them is only $20 which is cheaper than what I currently pay for 3 of them. Well, THEY DON'T WORK! So now I'm being charged the $20 on my bill and I'm still paying the $30 or so I was already paying. I'm telling you, it's like going to one of those shady car lots. Everything about this entire interaction seemed like a scam, right down to the part where they give you a free "last years model" of iPhone if you sign up for an additional line yet they are out of stock on them so they try to pawn off an even older model on you. And listening to everyone else working here deal with their customers makes me feel even more gross, like I need to go home and take a shower. Bad service, bad experience that hasn't even finished yet.
