Don't go to this store if you need technical support, they only sell phones. My tri-band mesh network crashed so I upgraded to a newer mesh with better security and reinstalled all my wireless and security systems but couldn't login to my T-Mobile account for my 5G Gateway because I couldn't remember my password or my 6 digit PIN so tech support over the phone couldn't help because they had no way to know it was actually me they were talking to. They recommended I go to a T-Mobile store and have an employee verify my identity and allow me to reset my password. So, I went to this store on Arizona Ave and Warner and the "technician" told me I would have to bring in my 5G Gateway AND the power cord adapter. I asked him why and he told me that was the only way he could reset my password. I politely explained to him that was nonsense and I wasn't going to start moving furniture around and knocking down my entire network that it took me all day to configure. The guy was clearly not technical so I quietly left and drove over to the T-Mobile store on 2425 S Gilbert Rd Ste 102, Gilbert, AZ 85295. When I arrived and explained to the young lady my situation she smiled and said oh, that's easy. She verified my identity, linked it to my account and helped me setup a new PIN and password. I will follow up with a good review for that store on Google because they don't use Yelp. read more

If you're thinking of signing up with T-Mobile cell service, you may want to reconsider. The following two examples show they make promises that they have no intention of keeping; in other words, they lie to you to get you to sign on: 1. When T-Mobile's attempt at a streaming TV service went belly-up, they promised to provide a $10/month discount on YoutubeTV with the following commitment: "As long as you remain an active T-Mobile postpaid subscriber on an eligible plan, you will be eligible for $10 off our qualifying streaming service." Did they keep this promise? NO! Shortly thereafter they reneged on this commitment when they decided their pocket book was more important than their word. 2. Now they're breaking another commitment they made to get customers signed up, promising "T-Mobile is shaking up wireless again! We're locking in your current rate for as long as you're a customer. It might go down, but won't go up." How long did they honor this commitment? Again, until they decided their pocket book was more important than their word. We just got notified they are raising our plan $10/month. When a person cannot believe or trust T-Mobile, one looks elsewhere for a company they can trust. We are! read more

Had to call into T-mobile customer service after I left to get my reimbursement for charges that shouldn't have been there in the first place & to get my plan fixed. Neveerrrrrr buy from this store or this Company. They hire people who don't know half of what they are doing. They lie to you and upsell a product and then sell you a data plan that you didn't ask for. I was told after 3 payments of $50 I'd be able to lower my bill to $10. LIE. Then they said your phone connects to 5G you can't get a lower plan. My piece of crap phone never has had 5G. Again wasn't told that. No where on the promo does it say that. Customer service is useless and doesn't care. They don't honor promises from bad employees. The rep who sold the phone was fired because she was dishonest. Go figure! read more

I'm very pleased with the customer service here. Caitlyn helped us switched phones over from Verizon to T-Mobile very quickly and promptly. She was very polite, patient and thorough with all our questions. I felt she went above and beyond our expectations. She called another location to see if they had a specific phone that we were looking for that they didn't have at this location and she wrote out notes for us to keep track of information that we'll need later. Customer Care might be difficult for some but it came natural for her. read more

Really horrible service. Just switched from sprint to T mobil the guy refused to get me the deal: trade in a phone for 2 Samsung galaxy s8. Instead he unlocked my sprint phone which is not working with t mobil service. I go back to get a cell spot. The guy charges me. I told them I will switch to Verizon. He told me to bring my cell spot device back when I make the switch. That's how much they don't care about losing customers. I really want to give no stars if I could. read more

I went to another T-Mobile store to purchase the new iPhone in black. The first store did not have the color I was looking for but called this store (Warner/Arizona Ave) and informed me they had one in stock and would hold it for me. When I got there Cesar discovered they misinformed me, they didn't have the new iPhone in black they only had the X. Before I could vocalize my frustrations, Cesar was in the phone with another location (15 minutes away) and found the phone I was looking for. He then DROVE himself to the other location and brought the phone back for me. Amazing customer service. Cesar went above and beyond. read more

Bad customer service!! Because of this store I could not get the new iPhone during the promo with free trade in. The employee did not want to spend time on me to preorder on the computer and told me to come back Friday to buy the phone then. Friday the deal was off. Now the phone is full price when she should have just preorder for me that day when I was in. The team of customer service reps will mock you and treat you like you are in their way, in my experience. Imagine my shock when a customer service representative actually complained about his customer and mocked them, right there in the front of the house. In my experience, I walked into the store, and was not even acknowledged by a customer service rep, at all. I had to flag them down after about ten minutes, not even a hello. This team here clearly is not indicative of a customer rep that represents TMobile well. If you aren't buying what theyre selling, they seem to want nothing to do with you. Their attitude and actions indicate a disinterest in the TMobile company as a whole, they are so self centered and focused on themselves, myself and other customers were ignored for a few "high fives" as they discussed their quota and whether or not they lived up to their sales goals for the day. Right there in front of the house. wow. Viisited the store in good faith, I had a desire to pick up several items and spend about $300. on accessories alone. Well, I bought my accessories, but not from this store. I left this store appalled at the lack of professionalism displayed. Hopefully this team will step down so that TMobile can continue to be a company I'd like to still be loyal to after 13 years. This team just about ruined it tho, made a call to Verizon. read more

They are knowledgeable and if there is anything they have a small question about, they make sure they get the answer to that question, and make sure the Customer has All questions answered before he/she leaves the store. read more

I went in to this location because its very close to my home. I didn't think I would have a great experience though. I was very lucky to get Austin Salava. What a wonderful young man.
