STAY AWAY, RUN AWAY! We were at the LA County fair in California when we stopped at booth. Should have researched before I gave cash $50 for installation. I did t want to get be cash and asked to do deposit in card and they said they have no way of running credit cards. Clue #1 not to continue with service. I then asked husband who was standing a few feet away talking to his fellow friends of the local police dept. his friend said I would not continue with it and walk away. And I should have listened. I set up for the security system to be installed on Tuesday from 8-12pm husband takes a day off to make sure all his questions are answered and nobody shows up not even a phone call. No call Wednesday for an apology. I called Friday morning to speak about a refund and that person was busy they would call me back. When I got into contact with them that afternoon I was told protocol does not allow refunds and I asked where in the contract does it say that. It doesn't that's our protocol. When asked to speak to someone above him he said there is nobody and we will not give you a refund. He told me to hold on but forgot to mute the phone and began speaking to someone and made jokes about the phone call and when he realized he didn't mute it said oh shit and muted. When he came back he repeated he doesn't give refunds and refused to give me his boss's name and number and I knew this wasn't going anywhere and told him I will call back tomorrow to straighten the issue. If they can't follow through with an installation and this is their customer service hate to see what the rest of the company is like. Never again get a service at the fair. The booth was a directTV and offered what they say AT&T security. Scam oh the supervisor is Larry.

Careful what u sign. It was a nightmare. I brought my galaxy in to get the glass repaired and…read moreearpiece fix cause of static. I wish I didn't do that. First of all. They left marks all over the digitizer from trying to take it apart. which means they were not patient enough to heat the glass first then take it apart. Instead of using glue to bond the glass they used a sticky tape to piece it together. End result... First day of use, touch screen would stop responding, I would have to turn screen off and on for touch screen to work again. Dust and debri under glass( in my case, left permanent damage to my digitizer). I would have to take apart my phone and manually clean under my screen once a week. But hey my phone has new glass. They said they put in a new earpiece. After a couple of days, the static came back. When I took apart my phone, the earpiece looked really dirty (i've had this phone for about 2 years) It obviously wasn't brand new. But the worst part was the customer service His main excuse for not getting the dirt outta my phone or not looking at the earpiece or the digitizer was, "can't take apart the glass cause I might break it". ARE YOU SERIOUS. That's why I had to do all the cleaning and fixing myself. And I never broke the glass. I think these guys are cons, they will lie to your face and sell you half ass bullshit just to make money. They will take advantage of your lack of knowledge hoping you will buy there bullshit. But,There not obligated to do anything cause there is NO GUARANTEE and they hide behind a piece of paper you sign stating IF WE MUCK YOUR PHONE UP TO BAD, LIVE WITH IT. and that's the same kind of attitude I had to deal with.

I've brought my Mac in the past to the Orchid and when I learned that I had another issue and could…read morenot troubleshoot it myself I decided to bring it in. They have two locations, one in Chandler and the other in Mesa so I went to my Chandler location on a Saturday morning to see what the recommendation was in order to resolve my iMac which was a "power up" problem. The issue was a common problem that could be resolved, but it required a part that needed to be ordered and that would've taken me out of commission for a couple days. The tech checked over with the Mesa store and they identified having that particular hardware available so I quickly headed over to and spoke with the agent and explain the problem and issues that I was having and he to believe that that may be the root cause. They provided me what the cost and labor of the repair would be upfront and told me that they literally could have it done within the same day. I knew they had limited hours on Saturday but the fact that he said it could take anywhere from an hour to three hours let me know that they were willing to stay behind in order to accommodate me as some of the content that I need it was recently changed within the last 48 hours and not properly backed up (yeah that's my fault) While running a few errands I got a phone call letting me know that was the issue and that repair been completed. I quickly made my way over to for pick up. I'm back home and powering up my computer was no issue and everything is running just as it was previously the other day. One of the things I like about the Orchard is that they do have available equipment and hardware on hand to do the repairs that are needed but they also let you know about other alternatives that could be done if you're looking to upgrade or move in a different direction with your Mac. No pressure sales but informative. If you no longer part of AppleCare and have equipment I highly recommend using The Orchard as your first line of defense as they have been honest and forthcoming and great when it comes to repairs and they do work at a reasonable price for owning a Mac. I was ready to take a hammer to my 21.5 inch 2019 iMac because it was so slow. Apps would also lock…read moreup. It was torturous to use. I've had older iMacs that were much faster. After taking it to The Orchard, Sparky switched the drive out to a SSD in two days. What a relief. It now runs four times as fast. It's literally like a new computer.
