My TV FELL OFF THE WALL because John installed my new $2k tv into a block wall with drywall anchors. He rescheduled first day, showed up without appropriate supplies day two. Came and left stretching the install into several hours. I had to pay another contractor to install properly and I have a bunch of holes in my wall. When I requested a refund for the labor and tip John first acted like he didn't know who on his team did the install then he ghosted me. So much for the 100% satisfaction guarantee! This looks like a legit business from the website but really it's just a couple of guys with their cell phones. They never showed up to mount tv. They took payment from me over the phone when scheduling and now I cannot get ahold of anyone to see why they did not show up. To add to this, they didn't call me to explain why they didn't show up, received and email stating I would get a refund the next day. It's now been a total of 9 business days and I have yet to see that refund. The owner reached out yesterday through email almost three weeks later. I told him again all I wanted is a refund, he asked to call me and I gave him my number and didn't bother. Then I called him today, he told me it would be 5-10 minutes and would call me back and still has made it a priority to call and refund me my fucking money. This is the worst and most unprofessional experience. I should not have to beg to have my damn money refunded! ** I called him back and he was extremely rude and we got into an argument and he hung up on me. They were very responsive and efficient in mounting my new TV. It is a large TV but they managed it easily, made sure it was the perfect height, and centered it very well. They communicated easily and made sure I was satisfied with the positioning of the TV. They also taught me exactly how to move the TV on the mount and adjust it as needed. I placed a call to pro TV mounters on Tuesday night I got a quote of $99 to remove my 65" TV and hang the 75" in the same location. The gentlemen comes out on time seems very nice I sent them $50 the night before expecting to pay another $50 today. I helped him hang the TV and then he comes up with a $199 price on top of the $50 telling me that he won't get paid if I only pay him $99 as agreed upon so I went through the roof. I am a contractor with 6 houses that we are working on right now they all need TVs and other thing's hung I will not be using them. I do not appreciate appreciate them trying to screw me by changing the price after the TV got installed. Terrible business tactic!!! read more

I will say first, my mounted TV looks great but the hassle of dealing with this company to get it done is unforgivable. I am writing this review as a warning to others not to use this company, there are many out there that do the same service at an affordable price. I made an appointment through their website to have someone come out at 9am to install a tv mount in our living room. I had to pay $100 (non-refundable) deposit up front to confirm the appointment. I received a number of confirmation/reminder emails AND text messages confirming the appointment. Day of comes and they do not show nor do they contact us until hours later into the day. I am thinking I got scammed because the only phone number they gave was an 888 number that went to some random lady's voicemail. Hours later, I get a call from a guy that sounds like he doesn't even have a GED, speaking to me like he would to his "bros," telling me he had a typo in my phone number he gave to his receptionist so they couldn't get a hold of me to confirm my appointment, I had already paid for. Remember, they had already texted me multiple times with confirmations and reminders so that was bull. I'm sure he was just hung over and didn't make my appointment. No apologies were given, he coarsely asks if I still want someone over that day but at this point I wasn't home anymore. So I agree to send someone out and finish the job. The tech did a great job, however, at every single opportunity he was trying to up-sell everything to us. Horrible business practice... you're trying to sell unnecessary things to me AFTER you already took my money, were late for our appt, didn't even apologize and gave a lame excuse? Judging from others' experiences, this company is run by some real assholes. read more

Had an appointment scheduled to have my tv's mounted on my moving day. My appointment was at 2pm. No one showed. I called at 3 and was told a message would be sent for someone to call me. No one called. I called again at 3:42. Again another "urgent" message was sent for someone to call. No call. Again I called at 4:14. I asked to speak to someone directly. Was told they are virtual off site phone operators and there was no one to contact and no one to speak with but another "urgent" message was sent. It's now 5pm and I still have had no one contact me. The slogan says "Most professional and reliable service around". All LIES! Yet they have my $100 deposit and I have no service and no way to contact them. Pathetic. read more

Extremely bad experience-I booked and got several email reminders for my appointment, however, no one showed up to install the TV. I called and left a message that was returned where I learned they accepted a two week job during the time frame they scheduled mine and didn't cancel mine. (When I called I was informed of this.) I started looking and saw a definite pattern of them taking a non-refundable deposit and not showing up. To be fair, the owner/manager did refund the money. When questioned about this pattern and discussion about notifying the AG he asked me if I wanted more money back, he would immediately come and install the TV himself, or would pay for installation. Needless to say, I declined all offers. Use at your own risk. read more

Needed a 65 inch TV hung in our living room. Alan came out and did a great job (and made it look easy while doing it). Made sure it was level, looked nice, etc. He gave me a tutorial on how to adjust the mount if needed, and was very professional overall. Highly recommend, looks great! read more
