If you're going to direct me to the self checkout and you still have to approve the sale as if you checked me out, I see no point to having it. I get it, people steal, and one way they do it is at the self checkouts. But if you're going to have one, figure it out. Fast food has kiosks, grocery stores and Walmart have self checkout. If you're not going to hire more employees (which I don't think was the problem here) then figure it out.

He said he could have it in a couple of hours, and they did. These guys know what they are doing, and very responsive and they work as a team. I did not have to wait for the young man, who ordered the tool for me, to get the tool I ordered, one of the other gentleman knew who I was and what I ordered and was able to get me on my way quickly.
