I came on a Monday afternoon and was in and out in under 30 minutes, maybe 15-20 minutes total. They have a small waiting area that has AC, a bathroom, and a vending machine to beat the heat. Imagine my heart when I tried to turn my car over and got nothing but silence. This happened to me with my nine-year-old son in the backseat in front of the convenience store last week. Before I even had time to panic, I called the Jiffy Lube right behind the convenience store, dislocation, and receive a literal angel on the other line. The gentleman, who is the name I sadly have forgotten in the last week (was it Brad? Greg?) but I know he was a manager, walked over himself to the convenience store to get under the hood of my car and see if it's going on. We determined it must be a bad battery, so he walked back and came back on foot with a battery to reinstall my car. When that turned out not to be the issue, he spent precious minutes in 118° heat tinkering with the wires until my car got started. I'm so grateful for him and his extra attention it is he's kind of folks that keep the world running with positive energy and care. Wow, brought my truck here a few months ago, 1.5 hrs later they're done. Not too Jiffy! They didn't have the filter and had to get from auto store. Today I take my wife's car in here and there's one truck in the bay. Guy comes up...oil change? Yes please. Ok we're looking at about an 30-45 minutes. There's only two guys here. With their equipment two guys should be able to change oil, wiper fluid, hell ALL fluids in 15 min. I'm done and I think soon Jiffy Lube will be as well. Something's wrong... read more

I drove from Flagstaff AZ were I got my oil change 4 days ago, i noticed that my oil pan drain plug was leaking on my 2022 Ford F350, I was told just to bring it in to a location and was made to wait over an hour because of first come first serve. I've been coming here on and off for years it no longer. - young man appeared apathetic when I pulled in. I felt like I was disturbing his standing behind building. - older gentleman did a great job under the car it appears - asked to sign paperwork, yet tires were not checked. It already had filled to 35lbs per tire yet he hadn't touched them. - young man didn't appear to fill front passenger tire, when I inquired he insisted he did. - drove to appointment 10-15 miles and sure enough right front tire still same pressure and rear right still low. Sure. Friday at 3:20 pm 7/28. Three bay doors open. Two bays clear. One bay had a car and a service truck bumper to bumper in first bay. NO activity happening. Employee walked out said "going to be more than an hour to get to you". "We only have two people". So seems like lack of resources, as far as people however more than enough capacity in the facility. Not much will to get things done. It was for my daughters car. I went and bought an oils filter and oil and went home and changed it with it the hour. When you're busy the last thing you want to stop and do is an oil change. I typically put it off as long as possible. I don't know why. Maybe because there seems to be a wait due to other customers ahead of me. Or maybe because I'm new to the Valley and didn't want to try and figure out a place to go. Regardless getting an oil change is necessary to keep my car running. So today I made it a priority to get 'er done. I lucked out this morning and was the first customer of the day. Hayden was fantastic and helped me choose the right oil with respect to quality and price. He just became an Assistant Manager and I know why. He was personable, knew what he was talking about made sure I was taken care of before leaving. I had a $20 coupon for an oil change. My final bill was $27.91. They charge extra for oil over 5 quarts and tax you based upon an oil change of $77 (they say that is what it costs before the coupon). The window cleaning was ok and the vacuuming was almost nonexistent (they said they had a bad vacuum). Can't really comment on the oil change itself since I couldn't watch. The young man almost forgot to put my oil change sticker reminder on the windshield. Don't think I Will be going back. read more

Got oil changed in about 10 min, and he took care to clean up a previous leak on my undercarriage from previous service at a car dealer. And he reminded me they provide free top-off on fluids or air pressure for the next 5000 miles. Facility was clean and had waiting room with bathroom, TV, coffee and soda vending machine. read more

They have TWO signs posted "Oil Change $29.99". One on Chandler and one directly in front of their shop. So, I sent my teenage daughter up there to get her first oil change. They had her sign a form that her oil change was $49.99. When my husband went over there to find out what was going on- they insisted you have to "ask for the promotion" and would not budge (already changed the oil by the time he drove over). BAIT AND SWITCH. Buyer beware!!! Now they lost three cars over $20. read more

Quick (Jiffy) oil change, quick but expensive, however, the price can be made more acceptable if you get the online coupon accessible via their page on yelp for $15. Mechanics seem knowledgable and got the job done quickly, we felt comfortable with them. Had a dead battery a while back and they replaced it right there while we sat in the car, reasonable price, $140 or so. No battery issues afterwards although we oanly had it for a few months afterwards. Dead battery tonight in our other car, back to Jiffy Lube tomorrow AM, they are open on Sunday. Hope our battery is in stock. *** update, they said their Desert Foothills and Chandler Blvd shop didn't have a GMC Acadia battery in stock and told us to call another shop, hmmm. I went to the Jiffy Lube located at 15422 S Marketplace NE, Phoenix, AZ 85048 for an oil change and tire rotation this afternoon because the shop where I normally have my vehicle serviced is closed on Sundays. Being accustomed to excellent service and fair prices at my regular shop, I was totally unpreparred for the invoice that the Jiffy Lube technician presented me for an oil change and tire rotation. I should have known that I was dealing with a shady operator when the technician upsold me on the synthetic oil option which he entered into the shop computer without waiting for my response when he asked if I wanted it. The total bill for an oil change and tire rotation was in excess of $111. On another note, I had to tell the technician three times that I did not want to give him my home address despite his reassurance that Jiffy Lube does not share customer data (pull this leg and it plays jingle bells). I will never go to a Jiffy Lube again. Addtionally, I wil lshare my thoughts on this busioness with family, friends and anyone else who will listen. read more

Definitely a great experience every time I come here. Never had any problems or concern that I'm getting an in and out service, it has always been a thorough check and immediate replacement suggestions. They are not very friendly. Also left me with a car leaking oil until I could get it into another location the next day. They didn't give me a receipt even when they told me it was emailed... never showed up. With as many Jiffy lubes as there are around here, customer service IS important. I'll go else where from now. DON'T GO TO JIFFY LUBE!!! Jiffy Lube was the only place I took my car for oil changes, coolant and fluid services, etc. Suddenly my car overheated. I was shocked to learn my coolant system was completely ruined due to the wrong coolant being added to my coolant system. The two different coolants coagulated to form a new substance with the consistency of "mud". I brought this to the attention of the company and asked for reimbursement of my expenses for a new radiator, cap, hoses, etc. They have denied the claim. I will NEVER EVER take my car to any Jiffy Lube and wish to warn anyone else from making a similar mistake. read more
